“Bought the Gardenia picnic basket. Delighted with my purchase. Excellent build quality and real 'glass' glasses. Good size, lovely vi rant colours. Quick delivery, ordered on Friday received following Monday. Not shopped with yourselves, will definitely shop again. Excellent customer service, said they would call back with query and got a call within the hour, very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience.”

“The product I received was unfortunately broken - these things happen. Roys have refunded me with no qualms and I haven't even got to go to the inconvenience of returning it (which would probably cost the best part of the product price). A very sensible approach.”
