“I recently ordered a pair of Joules black skinny fit jodphur jeans. Having had this style before I expected the product to be made from the same fabric. Unfortunately upon receiving them they were completely different and not what I hoped to have bought. These were sadly returned. However, the prompt service from Roys both on shipment, returns process and refund was second to none. Would use again!”

“All was good apart from when collecting a delivery it was not shown on my order that I could not claim my parking charge back. The staff did apologise and offered to refund my parking but I will have to pay in future. I don’t understand why as an online customer, I could not claim my parking charge. I spent £22.”
