“Waited for over a week for in stock items to be dispatched and a further two days for delivery. When I eventually received my items the two brush heads were not the ones advertised in the picture which I had ordered. Very disappointed with Roy's of Wroxham, this was the first time I had dealt with Roy's and my last.”

“The click and collect experience was less than satisfactory. Waiting at the service desk while announcements are made over the tannoy but no one from the department came. In the end someone from a different department sorted it for me.”

“After ordering I did not receive a confirmation......and was disappointed and worried. However, 3-4 days later I got the confirmation (After the weekend ?) Also, a window when my purchase would arrive. All in all, not a bad experience”

“My first purchase from Roys. I googled my product and found it to be significantly cheaper with Roys. I was pleased with the website, assured it was a reputable company from reviews already left by other customers so went ahead and purchased. Regular updates for dispatch and tracking were provided and a great courier company was used where I was able to postpone the delivery for a couple of days to receive the parcel when I was at home. A thank you for my purchase card was delivered with my parcel. I would definitely purchase from Roys again.”
