“I ordered from Ross Castors who are on Amazon too but because I’m based in Leicester and they are too I thought I’d go directly. Ordered on 26th March standard shipping was 2 days and items received on 7th April delay reasons varied from having a big order to complete to courier issues”

“Casters where wonderful but the conversation I had with a member of the sales team was quite shocking. I have never been quite so insulted by anybody as I was by this person. They should not be allowed to deal with the public. Extremely disappointed as I have had a good response by other team members in the past. I never want to speak to that sales person again.”

“Absolute rubbish! At first i thought they were great, plenty of emails acknowledgement of order, confirmation of dispatch, what time they will be delivered etc. Only problem, two casters (as ordered), no sockets to fit them in. Two emails sent - no reply. Phoned them 7 days ago, plenty of platitudes, oh sorry etc. Seven days later, still no sockets so casters totally useless. Unimpressed to say the least. If they can screw up a small order like this, goodness knows what they can do with a large one.”

Good Morning, Apologies for the delay, we despatched the goods on the 28th (the day that you ordered). looks like the goods were held up and delayed with the courier by 1 working day (emails would have been sent to the email address giving you the tracking number and delivery status). i can the goods were delivered 1 working day later (01st Feb).
