The delivery company tried to deliver on about five occasions over two weeks but failed every time due to their problems. I was completely fed-up with them. Pretty useless I think.

Hi Tom, I am sorry to hear there was issues with the delivery of your purchase. I have looked into this and can see that you actually didn't place a house number on the address when placing the order on the website. I would imagine this is why there was issues with the delivery which unfortunately would have been out of our and the couriers hands. Ordered on 5th December 2022 told delivery would be 7th December 2022 still have not received the wheels contacted customer services they said would chase the courier still have not arrived with no notifications as of 13/12/22.

My order has not arrived. I was not available to sign for it and it was, allegedly, sent to a local shop (collection/distribution point). My staff went to the shop with the QR code/invoice but there was no record of the parcel. I have emailed Ross Handling Ltd twice to report the discrepancy and asked for an acknowledgment but regrettably have had no response. My staff are now trying to contact you by phone.

Now it has been brought to my attention i have looked into and the goods are actually being returned to us by the courier. I will of course arrange for the parcel to be re despatched out to you asap. I ordered 6 wheels on the 24th October......due to incorrect stock holding then delivery to incorrect company & now replacements damaged by courier, I am still waiting for delivery !!! For one I suggest changing your courier firm.

The items you have ordered are not a standard stock item so we are getting some in from production so we can send a replacement parcel out to be with you asap. Ordered castors on a 2 day delivery, took 6 days and sent the wrong castors. Have used Ross for many years, but will try somewhere else in future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. I am sorry to hear that the experience was not up to its usual standard. This is very disappointing for us to hear. We of course always aim to keep customers happy and deliver the best level of service we always strive to achieve. Unfortunately on this occasion, we did not manage to do so. Sadly at times, errors are made and we can experience delays with production which are out of our hands. Good afternoon, Since this being brought to my attention i have looked into and can see that the original parcel was despatched as planned. This has however been held with DPD and not yet reached you. We have sent out a replacement parcel which should arrive with your shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. Purchased tubing that was advertised as can be used on motorcycle 1 inch axle and can be used to make spacers but when arrived the actual tubing is 1 inch so its the same size as the axle the tubing itself poor quality complete waste of time as call handler woman rude and very unhelpful save your money don't use

The item was very good, but the service wasn't. Paid extra for next day before 10.30am delivery, well within the qualifying time. I didn't get the parts before 10.30am next day, I didn't get the parts at all that day. I got them the day after and well after 12pm. When I chased the order the sales guy blamed DHL and didn't seem to care less. No offer of a refund for the service I didn't get. Ross - If you can't do it, don't offer it.

I bought 2 types of castor. Both red. The invoice stated exactly what I ordered but on receipt one set was black. A picture was sent to them to prove the fact . To their credit, they emailed immediately with an apology and sent replacements straight away. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. I immediately sent an email and after a week I am still waiting for a reply. Obviously, attention to detail is not in their remit or putting right their shortcomings.

Rubbish. You sent me the wrong item that I did not order I ordered ultra soft felt feet and you sent me hard plastic ones which will turn my wood floor

Product fine. Delivery rubbish I spotted the delivery driver down the road so went back home. He could not be bothered to come down our drive. I had to go to the local supermarket to collect. I got an email to say sorry you were not in. Change your courier company.

Regarding the tyre and tube l ordered and paid for 18th January Still not received after being advised they would be delivered 22nd it may not be your fault I feel it’s your delivery agent Not my problem to sort out If you can’t supply give me a full refund

I am surprised by 2 things and I have doubts about the seriousness of your company : I have not received any confirmation of reading the attached email, I sent following the fact that the package I receive does not have the 2 of 20 mm axles ; The “wheeleez bearing 20mm” have an internal diameter of 25.7mm instead of a diameter to 20mm (please look at attached picture) Than you for contacting me quickly via email.

I Was told my items would be delivered on the 29th December, but I’m still waiting 5 days later DPD have no record of parcel, so I’m unsure where my items are 5 days after my delivery date ????? I’ve still not received items
