I bought 2 types of castor. Both red. The invoice stated exactly what I ordered but on receipt one set was black. A picture was sent to them to prove the fact . To their credit, they emailed immediately with an apology and sent replacements straight away. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. I immediately sent an email and after a week I am still waiting for a reply. Obviously, attention to detail is not in their remit or putting right their shortcomings.

Rubbish. You sent me the wrong item that I did not order I ordered ultra soft felt feet and you sent me hard plastic ones which will turn my wood floor

Product fine. Delivery rubbish I spotted the delivery driver down the road so went back home. He could not be bothered to come down our drive. I had to go to the local supermarket to collect. I got an email to say sorry you were not in. Change your courier company.

Regarding the tyre and tube l ordered and paid for 18th January Still not received after being advised they would be delivered 22nd it may not be your fault I feel it’s your delivery agent Not my problem to sort out If you can’t supply give me a full refund

I am surprised by 2 things and I have doubts about the seriousness of your company : I have not received any confirmation of reading the attached email, I sent following the fact that the package I receive does not have the 2 of 20 mm axles ; The “wheeleez bearing 20mm” have an internal diameter of 25.7mm instead of a diameter to 20mm (please look at attached picture) Than you for contacting me quickly via email.

I Was told my items would be delivered on the 29th December, but I’m still waiting 5 days later DPD have no record of parcel, so I’m unsure where my items are 5 days after my delivery date ????? I’ve still not received items

Unfortunately my castors were delivered to the wrong address. DPD Delivery was tracked and photos supplied, but we have no way to recognise where they were delivered to or who signed for them. I'm sure the product is great, but I can't confirm. Very disappointed.

Product okay but delivery by DPD was late. DPD claim that they tried to deliver on the correct day, that nobody was there to receive the goods - which there was all day. Disappointing as I don't like being lied to.

I was disappointed with Ross Castors, after I placed my order and paid for the item plus express delivery I received a call to say the item was out of stock but due in that afternoon so delivery would be a day late! After lots of e-mails I received the item a week after I placed the order and they had to send it next day delivery. I could have ordered the item from various other suppliers offering free delivery in 5-7 days.
