“Very poor quality, shaft of screw bent whilst attempting to insert into wood, Poor quality metal, too soft.”

“Very disappointed on delivery to discovery that the 20mm bore was in fact 20 gauge the outsde diameter of the pipe. I have in my long engieering experience never come accross the bore being the outside diameter of a tube can you supply an example. I have returned the useless tube, delivered to Ross Handling Ltd 03-12-2020 at opostage cost of £3.10 and areturn journey of more than 2 miles to the p.o. To date the refund has not been made. If neccessary I will be use PayPal to resolve.”

“did not fit my barrow. Had to drill out plastic insert and use axle as turning point. Previous wheels has own bearings.”

“Poor customer service. Sent wrong item. Refuse to pay return postage. Ordered black tyre on grey wheel. Sent grey tyre on black wheel. Tyre not square as in the picture either. Their mistake but not helpful.”

“Just poor service. Ordered twice and both orders have been two weeks late. Mis-pick wrong item sent. Promised phone call to undate then did not phone. Waited in all day for delivery and it had not been dispatched. I know covid 19 delays supply but there is no excuses for poor service.”

“Delivery arrived incomplete, emailed ROSS immediately and to date have had no reply what so ever. Each wheel had only 1 bearing in it, they require 2. as supplied the wheels are unfit for purpose, I have managed to make 2 complete wheels from the 4 supplied and and are left with 2 wheels that are un-serviceable .”

“I never ordered any thing from you and never received anything. You have the wrong email address but I guess the correct delivery address as I never received anything. After a few emails telling me time of delivery etc etc etc I emailed you and told you it was not me but you ignored this email and continued to email me as I have received this tonight.”

“Asked for 55m brass cups got 48m not big enough. £6 to deliver used 6 for front legs of chairs. Need extra size for back legs to expensive to send back other 6. Disappointed.”
