Absolute rubbish! At first i thought they were great, plenty of emails acknowledgement of order, confirmation of dispatch, what time they will be delivered etc. Only problem, two casters (as ordered), no sockets to fit them in. Two emails sent - no reply. Phoned them 7 days ago, plenty of platitudes, oh sorry etc. Seven days later, still no sockets so casters totally useless. Unimpressed to say the least. If they can screw up a small order like this, goodness knows what they can do with a large one.
