Someone placed an order using an email address we own (ie not their own) Went out of my way to call customer services (after emailing and getting no reply) and they said they would contact the customer and update the records. So far I have 10 emails ranging from order confirmations, to promotions, to feedback requests etc, and no matter what I unsubscribe from they still seem to come in. Please, all I ask is that you stop contacting us. Your castors look great, but I dont want any right now.

Castors arrived and were the wrong size. Sold as 8mm, arrived with a 5mm diameter thread. Would accept responsibility and would not arrange collection/refund. So be aware if you need to return an item to this company it is at your expense and time. I wouldn't use the again.

Was going to order more feet but your crazy postage on last order of £19 was unacceptable. I regularly get much heavier items from Axminster supplies etc etc with much less postage charge. I have asked post office locally here to estimate charge of the five wee feet I ordered and they said £4.50 maximum....!!!! Duncan Mackenzie

The product is fine. Delivery is awful. They use DPD. Day one, no-one turned-up at the stated window. Day two (re-arranged) received an email to say driver couldn't find anyone at home. I was at home so I immediately rand Ross customer service. Agent said they could see where the driver was..he was 45 minutes away and so lied. I asked what was going to be done. Agent said they were powerless to do anything as DPD would just ignore them. Day three...delivered by same driver. Ross's reputation is being destroyed by DPD

Sent an invoice, sent many emails about the DLP delivery and to the point of a time, however here I am a week later, and no goods. So hard to review the simple parts ordered and paid for, but service and reply to my query about the whereabouts of the goods = Zero

We understand it was frustrating to be sent an invoice, have several emails sent out with regards to the delivery but then to get no goods a week later. Can you please let me know where these emails have been sent to? We would like to make things better for you. I can see the parcel has been sent out but DPD as promised but they have been unable to locate you so the parcel is returning to us.I will get this resent out to arrive with you asap. My purchase was a disaster. Finally ended up with one more wheel than I ordered, but not when I kneaded it. Or when I was promised it. People on the phone are lovely, but nothing happens after that.

Ross we not able to supply the type of castor I required. Wasted £ buying the casters they specified based on the photos I sent them. Will not be using them again.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I ordered the wrong castors (entirely my fault), when I rang Ross Handling they said they would contact the supplier to see if the castors could be returned and that they would call me back. After a week I emailed Ross Handling to ask for an update. Several weeks later I have had no response, so I have placed an order for several hundred pounds with another company.

Very poor service from courier with Ross Handling not wantint to actually deal with the problem. Customer service was poor. Paid extra for next day delivery. Courier stated missed me but never attempted to deliver in the slots given. No evedence on camera. Customer services stated could not change courier. The only saving grace from the company is that they refunded quickly. Will not use again if continue to use DPD.

Guaranteed pre-12pm next day delivery for £16.99 took 4 DAYS to arrive. Staff were completely apathetic about it and we missed our customer deadline. We won't be using Ross handling again, even eBay or Aliexpress are more reliable.

my copy of the order said it was coming in 1 box, it came in 3. Somone who orders a rollator is unlikely to be able to put one together. If I had known that it would not arrive complete I would NOT have ordered it.

I apologize for any issues that occurred - it is never our intention for orders to not meet customers' expectations. It certainly seems like there was a misunderstanding regarding your order; I understand that you said it was coming in 1 box, yet it came in 3. Additionally, it is understandable why it would have been inconvenient to not have the rollator already assembled, as someone who orders it likely wouldn't have the necessary tools or patience to do so on their own. We have now made a note on the website which states this does not come assembled to avoid anyone else feeling any disappointment once receiving the goods.

Only half the order arrived. I called up everyday for a week to chase and got assured it would be delivered the following day and it never was. 2 weeks later and £30 next day delivery cost it hasn’t arrived and have had no phone call or email to check. Pretty shocking….

100nr of two item ordered, one item was as advertised, one was different size. When company was contacted, we were told that images are for illustration purposes only

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience and we apologize for the confusion.At times some images do differ slightly but the spec provided will always match those stated on the website. After looking into this issue with you we understand the size ordered was not the correct spec as to what you required for your application. Full spec is stated on all our product ranges and we of course are here to advise if any assistance is ever needed. We have offered for you to return the goods so we can issue a refund for you due to these being unsuitable. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope we can redeem ourselves in your eyes.

I am still awaiting the castors. Your delivery firm DPD failed to deliver on the agreed date, and have not been back since. I am awaiting your action over this!

Thank you for getting in touch i am sorry to hear there has been issues with your delivery. I have checked on the DPD system and can see they were unable to deliver and the parcel made its way back to us. We have however arranged for this to be resent out and it should arrive with you later today the tracking currently states it should arrive around 17:00. Information on their site is what they want it to be and may not be what is supplied. don't take there info for what it is. You also have to pay to send items back that don't arrive as you may expect so be careful. I won't be using them again as they do all they can to say their right when that's not the case. I ordered 260mm wheels and they did not arrive as 260mm wheels they arrived as 260mm wheels including the tires. not exactly the same.

We are still awaiting delivery of these. Apparently dpd are unable to find our building despite it being very prominent, well signed and the full address details are correct. I appreciate this is not down to you but we urgently require the castors and have tried every avenue available to us to enable dpd to deliver. When their vans drive past our building countless times a day, I am at a loss as to why they are unable to find us.
