Unfortunately my castors were delivered to the wrong address. DPD Delivery was tracked and photos supplied, but we have no way to recognise where they were delivered to or who signed for them. I'm sure the product is great, but I can't confirm. Very disappointed.

One of two items was delivered, had to report, second item was delivered somewhere else I never received it.

Product okay but delivery by DPD was late. DPD claim that they tried to deliver on the correct day, that nobody was there to receive the goods - which there was all day. Disappointing as I don't like being lied to.

Guided me to a tyre that did not fit. Partly my fault, but had they read my emails properly they would have know.

Well I was happy to receive the part ,but not happy with the delivery Was charged way over the top Though at check out it seemed ok Not happy at all

I was disappointed with Ross Castors, after I placed my order and paid for the item plus express delivery I received a call to say the item was out of stock but due in that afternoon so delivery would be a day late! After lots of e-mails I received the item a week after I placed the order and they had to send it next day delivery. I could have ordered the item from various other suppliers offering free delivery in 5-7 days.

Wrong stock info on website. Non existent communication. Poor customer service. 1 month after order, 4 phone calls and a shirty email to finally get product. Didn't even offer me a refund of the two day delivery charge. Couldn't recommend less.

Despite assurances from the vendor and the carrier (guess who - DPD) the package didn't arrive. DPD show a photograph of the package being delivered - but not to my house unfortunately ! Thank you for reminding me !

The tyres purchased did not come up to the same as my originals although the size moulded on the tyres was correct. so one finger to china in future, I was wrong to be guided by price.

Not at the moment at all impressed. Order placed on 4.6.2021. Immediateley contacted to say item not available but an alternative was. All agreed, so far so good. Paid for 2 day delivery. Nothing received by today11.6.2021. so phoned to enquire why. Promised that it would be looked into and I would be phoned back. Now 18.30 and nothing.

I was very disappointed with your service. I ordered 2 wheels on May 26th and spoke to you to confirm that my address on the order was correct. On May 28th I spoke to you again and discovered that you were still querying my address. The wheels finally arrived on June 3rd.

no returns policy. I ordered the wrong size. ROSS Castors has ignored requests of an exchange for a different size.

Historically I have been extremely satisfied with Ross casters however on this occasion VERY disappointed. I emailed photographs of a replacement castor I required. I was told I would receive a phone call when it was ready to collect. No phone call was received so four days later I made contact to be told it was ready and waiting for collection and have been so for sometime. I drove to your premises which is a round trip of 34 miles and immediately identified the caster was the wrong size. The photographs were reviewed and I was assured it was the right castor. Upon getting home and making a comparison it was miles out so I returned again to Ross casters (another round-trip of 34 miles) and was given the correct Costor. The member of staff on the first visit was brusque and unhelpful. The member of staff on the second visit was very helpful. I paid for a costor which was substantially larger than the one I ended up with but no offer was made to adjust the price. You are a great company but didn't get it right on this occasion.

For the first and second order the wheels delivered had 25mm hubs after they advised me to buy their tubing that turned out to be 25.4mm/1 inch so didn't fit. They then sent 8 new bearings but these were also 25mm so again useless. I ended up buying a length of 25mm tubing from another suppler. I will be buying more wheels from another company.

having ordered some castors weeks ago, I am still waiting for a date when I can expect delivery. I note that my credit card has been charged , please advise when I may expect delivery.

The wrong item was sent. I have returned the item and requested that the correct item be sent, or a refund. I would like to receive the correct item
