Good as ordering was easy, and email to customer service was responded quickly. Not 5 star as they cannot deal with return product when it's faulty! I have to find way to get rid of it.

Excellent bunk beds. Great quality apart from the trundle bed which is no where near as robust. Delivery good but different parts came from different delivery companies so we had to wait in twice for delivery.

Good website. All the detail we needed to make a choice. The desk is exactly as described. Building took an hour. Maybe the part could be numbered somehow. We love the desk. Thank you.

Fast delivery. Excellent, helpful staff on the end of the phone to help. Kept informed with delivery information and contacted my drivers who delivered my bed ahead of time.

To start with, v poor comms from customer service re delivery. My delivery was rescheduled for the following weds/Thursday but nobody called to follow up for those days & I had to do the chasing. The staff were clueless & followed up with the 3rd party logistics company but could only tell me ?maybe fri or sat?. I therefore had to make myself available from weds through Saturday with such vagueness, which was v stressful when moving house & pulled in all directions. Eventually, it was delivered by a grunting male who clearly didn?t speak English - I asked him politely not to bring shoes in the house as it was wet & muddy but he ignored me 3 times!! BUT, the worst bit is that I had requested an assembly service, but was told they don?t do that and I should find a flat pack assembly co. In my area, so I did just that and even the professional said the flat pack instructions and parts were so much more fiddly & time consuming than any other he had come across in 10+ years of experience so I had to assist him for several hours and it cost £200+ in labour to put together at a reasonable rate of £20/hour - outrageous!!! Shame on you Room To Grow, you need an assembly service at the very least!

Thank you for your comments, we are sorry there was some confusion with the booking in procedure. We do use a third party delivery company and we will take this up with them so we can learn and improve our procedures.Unfortunately we are not able to offer assembly of the Solitaire range currently and it is something we hope to do in the future. Having said that, assembly of the Solitaire mid sleeper, bookcase and chest should only take 3-4 hours and even less for an experienced fitter. Absolutely great value for money, I was quite surprised at the high standard finish, will the possibility of converting it into 2 single beds. It's amazing

Thank you for the amazing 5 star review of our Solitaire white high sleeper bed. We completely agree with your comments not only is it great value for money but it is very strong and sturdy and finished to a high standard. What makes it even better is that it is part of a building kit and can be converted into other Solitaire beds - Best Wishes Lindsey

The bed itself is fantastic, however the communication in terms of letting customers know of delivery dates can be improved. I received no email to say the bed had been despatched, I called and emailed about 4 times to ask when my bed would be delivered and they just kept saying its with the distribution company and they will call up to check. No one got back to me with an update to inform me of the current situation, waited over the 5 working day delivery promise which ended up taking 10 working days!

We are truly sorry that delivery was longer then anticipated this was due to an issue with the courier team we were using damaging this range whilst in transit so we wanted to ensure your bed arrived to you in perfect condition which meant we had to use a different courier team which meant delivery was a little longer. I like the room to grow beds, which are fantastic and look so good and are sturdy. However, their lights aren't great for the price. It may just have been that I had a faulty one first time but they are so environmentally unfriendly, with the only option to bin the entire thing and buy another one as they don't have replacement bulbs or other parts. I also found their customer service bizarre. I just missed out on the 1 year warranty when the first light died and we used another light. I got back in contact with them after a further year to enquire about a replacement light and they informed me the warranty has since been extended to 2 years but that I have now missed out on that! They kindly offered me £3.50 discount on a new light but when I replied to say I'd appreciate they reconsider refusing me a replacement under warranty seeing as my initial enquiry was within two years they DIDN'T EVEN REPLY. It seems to be a fairly childish customer service to simply ignore a question they find difficult; entering into a discourse and providing their reasons is how an adult resolves disagreements through discussion. Beds are great though!

Really pleased with the quality of the bed, it?s solid. It took a while to get it put together but that didn?t matter. I also rang customer services to discuss delivery as there were certain days we weren?t available, they couldn?t have been more helpful and accommodating. Considering purchasing another one of these beds for my other son.

Fantastic experience. We bought our son's mid-sleeper bed in the New Year sale for a great price but then our building work over-ran and we were unable to take delivery as planned. Our order was stored for months without question or issue, which was so appreciated. It was finally delivered yesterday by two friendly and helpful guys, brilliantly packaged. Sadly I find it's unusual these days for things to work as intended so this experience was an absolute joy! Thank you so much.

The actual bed was of good quality with helpful instructions to make it. The delivery service was appalling and as it came in several boxes took 2 weeks for all the boxes to be delivered therefore meaning I could not make the bed until it had all been delivered and had to find somewhere to store some of the boxes before the rest came. I was very disappointed with the delivery side of it so recommend a different delivery service.
