“The worst service I have ever received when it comes to any form of furniture shopping. So it's been over ten days and 3 separate delivery days with incorrect timing, lack of communication, packages messing, and manufacturers producing wrong items in the packages. Almost spend 1K on this jubilee midsleeper combination, after mattress and accessories. Save yourself time effort and money and go to IKEA. The courier service ArrowXL failed to deliver the items on two different occasions. In the original delivery there was a box missing and two Left sides on chest of drawers. Contacted customer service and they were not very helpful. They said they would ring me back to chase the order. I never heard anything. I had to keep chasing customer service. The second time ArrowXL were scheduled to deliver from 13::45-15:45 and no news. I contacted customer service again and they advised me that the courier was running late. They said that they would chase call ArrowXL with an updat and get back to me. No contact was made. I realised that they would not be calling me back, that I would have to chase them again myself. Spoke to her different customer service advisor and he reported that the items were signed for at 9 a.m. (which was not true) two different conflicting information received from two different advisors. Finally delivery arrived at 17:10 with only one of two packages. Still waiting for the rest of chest of drawers. Disgusted with the service,”

“Great bed and desk, my son loves it!!! Very sturdy and heavy. Easy to build with good instructions. Only thing I would say the drawers for the desk the bottom slips so need some glue to keep in place other than this lovely set.”

“Helpful and speedy. Some minor miscommunication in what was being delivered when. Then received one faulty/ rotted wooden bed slat which needed replacing - free of charge. Sadly no offer of a discount voucher.”

“Delivered on time. But assembly of bed is horrendous. The instructions are difficult to follow and one piece that we needed to use quite early on was in a different box to the rest of the parts for that stage. We had three adults putting it together and trying to follow the instructions. I would now not recommend this bed to any friends. You need to give clearer instructions and label the boxes clearer. We had instructions for a bunk bed when that it not the bed we ordered. Really disappointed.”

“The online chat was very helpful. The delivery booking was a bit confusing as I didn't get a confirmation email that the delivery was booked. However the delivery arrived as booked and the delivery guys were really helpful.”

“Really happy with our sons new mid sleeper. It was a fantastic price in comparison with lots of other similar products on the market and good quality. We are really happy with it now it?s built. My only reason for the 4 star and not 5 star is because of how long it took to build (lots of parts) and the fact that delivery was meant to be between 14:00-16:00 and didn?t end up coming until 18:00 which then meant the bed wasn?t ready to be slept in until the following day.”

“Looked at this mattress after reading a telegraph review, good price and very helpful lady on the phone when I rung with a query about sizes. Only thing I would say is quite a high charge for carriage for a rolled mattress. Perhaps they could charge less as it's not a huge item. Delivery company not the best, changed days last minute when I had booked a certain day. Room to grow great and could not fault.”
