The person I spoke to gave me a lot of time and was very helpful - no hard sell and made it easy to make the purchase

Service was ok but I would recommend they use different bed suppliers as the products we received are not a good reflection for Room to Grow!!!

Wrong delivery time 6.30 am !!!!! In complete order. Left hand doesn't know what right hand doing. All you get is lies from company. Seem incapable of liaising with manufacturer.

The actual personnel that I dealt with were courteous but the delivery process was not so good with delays and missing parts. The delivery men were very nice and polite but they said they didn't load the van and couldn't be responsible for the delay and missing part.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will return to using JOHN LEWIS and DEBENHAMS!!!! My replacement part took 10 days and even then there was no checks or help from this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are much better products from much better suppliers who actually care about their customers!

Excellent communication from Room To Grow. Bed assembler very friendly. Would not hesitate to use the company again.

We are sorry for the delay, the London Bus is on pre-order and we are still awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. These beds are due into the UK at the end of the month. As soon as they are available the delivery team will contact you.
