“the customer service there was very good and the goods arrived. They were damaged but replacements were sent out immediately. The only problem I have had is that the delivery company KEEP calling to try and deliver extra parts! I have tried again and again to tell them I have everything I need but they are still calling me. Finally I have had to get RTG involved and comfirm I have everything as it is boarderline harrassment.... Although I could have just kept everything and had spares I dont think that is right!”

“The bed arrived within the agreed time. On delivery the driver advised that the cabinet was out of stock but this would be delivered as soon as it was available. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks so I phoned and chased and the cabinet was delivered the next day.”

“Communication and service from Room To Grow was very good. However their chosen delivery company wasn't up to scratch. Bed arrived in rather battered and torn boxes which looked to have been thrown about a bit. Luckily no major damage apart from a scratch to bed frame”
