“Room to grow customer service was ver helpful and very efficient they already had my information and the product I was looking for from previous order I had made so they were able to provide exactly what I wanted and the delivery service was very quick. “Delivered within time scheduled. Although it took a few phone calls. Delivery guys took items upstairs for me and removed shoes so I was very happy about that.”

“We have still to revive delivery of this product despite having ordered and paid for it in January. They offered me two delivery dates on days I work and refused to offer me on the 3 days of the week I never work. Instead I?ve been told I will just have to wait until the next offer and couldn?t guarantee this date to be on one of the 3 weekdays I don?t work. I am not impressed and will be taking this further”

“-Great website and products displayed really well, -Easy to order and quick delivery even with the recent snow. Delivery driver was really pleasant and called half an hour before arriving. -bed was fairly straightforward to assemble, looks great now it?s up. -we ordered the solitaire midsleeper and love that it can be adapted to a normal single bed or bunk beds in future, great design”

“Poor: I had to chase up communicationof reciepts etc. Delivery charge excessive at £34 (an opinion) Well: contact when there was an emergency to rearrange. Product worht the wait and money.”
