“Overall good service, there was an initial problem as an item was not delivered along with the order, however this was rectified and delivered later, staff were helpful and accommodating, I would recommend the company.”

“Recieved goods we opted for the item to be assembled which it was . There was a wrong component delivered . The assembler ordered another component . This was delivered I assembled myself but the component does not fit . I then took some photos and sent to the installation team . So far there has been no reply or even an acknowledgement that they have received the mail.”

“Really helpful staff when ordering bed. However, I was a little disappointed to find out that the fitters can only deliver and build the bed from a Tue- Fri, especially when I wasn't told this on the first call I made. The fitter however was really friendly and efficient and the bed is great.”

Stompa do arrange delivery and assembly as soon as they are able but it just depends on logistics and when they are in the required postcode area. “Fantastic product, easy to assemble and very happy with how it looks in my son's room. Only a minor quibble with the delivery as I had to call up a few times in order to chase up when my delivery date was going to be.”

“Bed is good overall. A lot of work to put together and a delivery service that will not carry it upstairs. Shame as it is really heavy and awkward in the pack. I'm sure it can be an issue for many people. Construction is a big job and not for the feight hearted. Product is overall good, although the white paint has minor chips in some areas. Tent.Ok. Held on by Velcro. Slightly less substantial than it appears on website, although small person has no objections!”

“Product arrived well packaged and on time. Easy to order. However be aware that should it not fit in your room ( 2cm too big for our box room) there's a hefty return charge then a check at warehouse so if you've already tried to build it you may not get a full refund. We decided it was cheaper to chop the bed down and use our own brackets.”
