“I can't fault the bed, it's sturdy, well made, and a decent size. Took about 3 hours to assemble, and the fittings are pretty good quality. I would have liked the bed to be whiter than it is, but this is a minor point. My main reason to remove a star is that the bed came in 2 parts. There was no marking to state that the second package had the main instructions... as I started with the single bed before opening the extra box. Stupid in hindsight, but I imagine a very common mistake. It was easy enough to rectify by removing some fixtures. Overall, very happy with this bed... as is my 3 year old.”

“Seems like a great company. Nice branding and SEO. Website is really good and easy to use. Notice of delivery date is done via phone days after purchase. This makes planning a bit tricky. Ideally this could be sorted online, or at least pick a time to be called to schedule it. I appreciate Amazon spoils us here, and this is tough for small businesses with larger items.”

“very disappointed they never delivered or contacted me about the bedside drawers for weeks, and my granddaughter had just got the bed matching for her birthday”

“The only complaint would be that I was not notified when Room to Grow received the bed back in stock and therefore did not know when the delivery timescale would start to run. I did end up chasing for an update on the very day that they contacted to arrange delivery. The delivery guys were great, carrying all the boxes up to my second floor property.”

“Fabulous bed and great customer service BUT the fitters !! They didn't have correct screws on installation date so had to return the following week. Stained a brand new carpet with coffee stains and covered it over with cardboard. Ridiculous”

“Easy to use website with a wide range of products. I purchased a matress which exceeded my expectations and was competitively priced. The only negative was having to chase for delivery. Room to grow where quick to respond and chase courier and the situation was rectified, however information regarding delivery coukd be much better.”
