“Very poor supplier management meant that I had to deal with delivery problems -- and room to grow just passed the blame onto their suppliers. Not good enough. I bought the bed from room to grow and expect them to manage their suppliers. And "all they could do was apologise".”

“Complete lack of communication. Failure to coordinate with the delivery agents and delivery dates beyond the estimates. If I had not pursued the delivery it would have been seven weeks for delivery and nothing to say when delivery would be made. Appalling service and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere”

“Company were great and very helpful seen as though we had to have the bed delivered in 3 different deliveries. The components of the bed had been packed incorrectly so following initial delivery we only had half of the bed plus duplicate pieces. After a phone call a second delivery was arranged very quickly for the missing items, unfortunately, there ended up being 4 components still missing (quite major ones) another call to room to grow and the missing parts cane the next day.”

“Excellent service. We had to narrow the time slot which was no trouble to arrange. My 13yr old son assembled most of the bed himself, clear and simple instructions. Very good quality product and perfect for what we needed”

“Service was fine but unfortunately I had no e-mail in regards to delivery I had to phone the company & that night driver phoned to say they would be arriving approx 7.30pm next day so a bit disappointed with the very short notice.”

“Quality of bed not great whilst putting it together holes never lined up and when trying to push fixings in the wood got damaged even with minimal pressure applied - also delivery was shocking”

“Absolutely fantastic service bed very sturdy wood high quality was kept informed every step of way and the guys who fitted it done very quickly and very polite and courteous would highly recommend very happy and my 9 year old daughter loves her sofa and desk”
