I ordered and paid for my 6 year olds bed on 27.05.16. Despite taking the money, (over £1,000) this company has still not delivered the bed. They refuse to deliver unless they are coming to the area that we live in for a large enough number of other deliveries to make it economically worthwhile for them. I work and the days that the company have told me they can deliver have not been workable. They are totally inflexible and the Customer Service is dire. They still have my money but I am still waiting for the bed some 6 weeks later. My child is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor until it arrives.

Thank you for your comments and for making us aware of your situation and we are sorry that you haven't received your furniture.  We understand that you have been offered a number dates that have not been convenient to you. Please be assured that had RTG's Customer Service team been made aware of this earlier then they could have been liaising with Stompa directly as a matter of urgency to help resolve this situation for you.   Our Customer Services Manager has spoken to you this morning and is now actively working with the delivery team and yourself to resolve this as a matter or urgency.  Best Wishes, RTG.

It was very easy to order the bed from Room to Grow however other than ordering and paying for it through their website I had no other contact from them. The bed was delivered by another company called Jade Logistics and my experience of dealing with them was extremely poor. The first delivery date I was offered was no longer available when I called back to confirm it - the reason given was that it was a 2 person job and 2 people were no longer available on that date. The second date I was given was given to me in error by the administrator so I was passed to a more senior member of the team to rectify the problem. The third date I was given was while I was on holiday so I made arrangements for a family member to be at my house to receive the delivery. I was promised the first delivery slot (around 7.30am) and my family member's contact number was given as their main contact while I was away. On the day of the delivery I received 2 phone calls while I was abroad from the driver. He wasn't aware that my delivery was promised for 7.30am and that he was supposed to be liaising with my family member. He eventually arrived at around 11.30am on his own! All along I had been told it was a 2 person job. It took him a couple of hours to put up the bunk beds and he has done a fantastic job. The delivery receipt I received from Jade Logistics confirmed that my delivery had been made at 7.30am (incorrect) and had my family member's contact details clearly showing (the driver was not aware of this). No one from Jade Logistics has contacted me to acknowledge their mistakes and I has been left feeling disgusted at my treatment. I spent £986 on this bed and did not receive a service that in any way equates to this.

Very helpful and responsive to enquiries of delivery dates after order had been processed. Never to busy to make contact and resolve issues or questions... Will definitely be back again. Kids love snuggle sacs and have already used them. Washed and dried as promised. Thank you

Thank you for your comments.  We estimate 7 - 10 working days for this product as detailed on your order confirmation and can see that your delivery was made just within this timescale.  The delivery team do work hard to try and improve their estimated delivery dates where possible. Great product, lovely people at RTG, but the courier they used was awful. Our product was a week late despite us paying for a quick delivery.

I would definitely buy from Room to Grow again. I had the bed made up as well, and although it was slightly tricky to schedule a suitable day ('we only come to your area once every 2 weeks, no I can't book a day with you in 2 weeks time, we'll call you nearer the time', the guys who delivered and installed were very good and speedy, they even took away the rubbish which I wasn't extecting

They were good hen contacted. However the bed took longer to arrive than the maximum stated on the site. The bed was as described. We love it.

Initial contact about my order was excellent. There were issues with the first delivery and a box was missing. This was quickly resolved. However, on opening the packages, having arranged for someone to come and assemble the bed,the parts received were for two different items (one box white the other whitewashed )so we were unable to complete the job. Although the box was replaced quickly I was a little disappointed in the response I received. Although I agree the company satisfied their terms and conditions, which I was referred to, sometimes a little gesture ie perhaps a small gift voucher might be the appropriate response. Especially to compensate for all our time spent chasing up the replacement and having to be at home for deliveries. However I have to say the final product is good and my granddaughter loves it
