“Rtg as ever very lovely and helpful. Jade delivery- fine when they finally arrived. no communication at all. An 'am' delivery arrived 6pm for a build that went on til 745. Understand events happen that delay but I was chasing for info from 1pm onwards, only called by jade at 510pm. I expect to be informed of delays rather than left stuck in the house wondering and waiting. Luckily I was working from home.”

“Room to Grow were great. I'd emailed them a couple of questions about the item that I was unsure about and got a swift reply with the answers. The bed was ordered and the paperwork came through in no time at all, it was all clearly set out. They said I'd hear from the mattress delivery people to arrange delivery and then from the people delivering the bed. Sure enough, they rang, delivery dates were arranged and they both arrived bang on their times. Now it was time to build the bed. Was there any bits missing? No Was there any parts damaged? No. Is the bed built? Yes. Would I use them again? Yes.”

“All items arrived in a timely fashion, all parts arrived undamaged. Products were left outside my front door so I had to wait until my husband came home from work to move them into the house as they were too heavy for me to lift (luckily it didn't rain)!”

“I received a text on the day that the bed was being delivered with an hour's notice. I was afraid to miss it while on a school run so I tried calling the number the delivery company left me and left a message. No one called back. When I got back I saw all the boxes were dropped off in front of my door and just left outside.”

If you gave specific instructions to RTG requesting your missing parts, then please be assured that this is highly unusual and we apologise for this. Can you please email customer services on support@roomtogrow.co.uk stating your order reference number and the 2 x part reference numbers that you require for your bunk bed and we will arrange for these to be despatched to you as a matter or urgency.
