“Having placed an order for Stompa CK Starter Bed - White + Underbed drawer, the first delivery brought the incorrect bed and mattress. This was followed up with the order and photographs of the incorrect items. Yet the second delivery which brought the correct bed and took away the incorrect items still failed to bring the correct mattresses. After finally receing all the correct items ordered on the 3rd delivery, whilst happy with the product it was somewhat disappointing not to receive compensation (for at least the change in price to the discounted price at time of final delivery) for the frustrating process and time lag overall. Even if this was the result of the warehouse or logistics partners it is still the responsibility of the marketer.”

Unfortunately there was a picking error at the warehouse and we apologise for the time you had to wait for replacement products. “Good price and good quality. Communication could be better. I didn't here anything from yourselves for 2 weeks. Only had a phone call by the delivering company 2 weeks after ordering to arrange delivery 2 days after.”

“Helpful telephone staff. Delivery company and driver were excellent. Communication issues between RTG and delivery company - delivery company called to organise day to deliver but RTG failed to communicate that we'd be away certain dates so wouldn't be able to receive delivery a certain week. Otherwise, really good service and fantastic product.”

We have checked your order and unfortunately cannot see any notes about delivery, but if you gave specific instructions and these were not passed to the delivery team, then please be assured that this is highly unusual and we apologise for this. It is great to hear that you love your new Trendy 26 Bunk Bed. It is highly unusual to hear that the ladder obstructs the trundle drawer from pulling out. “Whilst the delivery and support service are good the fact the bed didn't come with numbered pieces meant that for an experienced furniture builder it still took 5 hours to build as he had to measure every piece”
