“The ladies who answered my calls were very helpful and friendly. The service they gave me felt personable. The product needed to be chased for a delivery date which they did without delay. The delivery of the product was excellent. Arrived on time and put up quickly and left the room without any mess.”

“Great service and very quick delivery. The reason I did not give it an excellent was because there was only one delivery man to deliver the very heavy items. Luckily my husband was home and was able to help him (and felt that he was expected to help). If I had been home alone, the delivery would have been a struggle.”

Thank you for leaving a review for RTG. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the delivery of the bed. Unfortunately, this product was delivered by a third party carrier service so was out of our control. We have since revised the delivery service for the Thuka Trendy product range and all beds are now delivered using a two man delivery service. It is great to hear that your son loves his new bed. Thanks again.
