I ordered a Wooden garage on 25th November which didn't arrive until 13th December due to strikes. It should have arrived by 1st December, in time for my grandson's 2nd birthday, so I was disappointed. My grandson didn't miss it at his age and had many other gifts. I did get concerned and eventually sent an email, which they replied to quickly and provided a tracking number, which I hadn't had until they replied to the email. The parcel seemed to go to several mail centres before eventually reaching here. I was very pleased with the quality of the wooden garage but after putting together the lift pulley grip came off. Fortunately I have a glue gun, which repaired it with ease. The important thing is my grandson appeared to love it and was lying on the floor investigating all parts of it! I would use 'Room to Grow' again.

We are so sorry your garage did not arrive in time for your grandson's birthday. We have upgraded our deliveries but there are still hold ups with Royal Mail in the back log, we are sorry for any disappointment caused. Sincere apologies RTG

The bed arrived about a week before it was expected, we havnt assembled it yet but all the parts look present and seem good quality. So far so good

The quality of the product is great, we love the design and innovation of the cabin bed/desk set up helping us increase the functionality of our box room. However, the lack of communication when you’ve purchased a product to confirmation to delivery is too little. It was difficult to know when to expect delivery and to plan for it. More updates to the customer that you’re still working on things is better than too few.

Over one month since I raised issues with the bed I ordered, they still have not been resolved. I have not been able to complete the build of my daughter's bed. The overall experience has been extremely negative. The boxes were damaged when they first arrived and had to go back. Minor damage to the boxes on the 2nd delivery but could not wait any longer to receive the bed as we were moving house, so had to accept them. Whilst building the bed, I discovered two of the slats were rotten, and the drawer unit was missing several bolts, plus there was a hole missing in one of the pieces of wood. To save everyone the hassle of returns, I asked for the two rotten slats to be replaced and to be sent the missing bolts/screws to my new address. I was willing to drill the hole that was missing, although this is far from ideal. Eventually, I received the missing slats (which I has to cut down to fit). However, after several emails, I am still without the missing bolts for the drawer. The quality of the furniture is not great and the service so far has been poor. I am giving two stars simply for the fact the wrong colour was selected when purchasing the bed and I was able to get this corrected immediately.

Really impressed with the bed it’s sturdy and looks great. Instructions could have been a bit clearer as took a while to figure out, wood could have had a sticker on stating piece number. For the steps the hole wasn’t pre drilled as it’s dependent on which way round you have them. This could have been made clearer in the instructions. Issue with mattress which was sorted straight away and new one sent. Very pleased and recommend Room to Grow. Would use company again.

Overall a decent company. There was an issue with delivery but this was the fault of the courier company they use. However my only criticism of Room to Grow is that they should have communicated directly with their service provider and contacted me themselves about the delay as they will have more persuasion over their delivery company. The product itself is of good quality, a couple of panels weren’t painted but I didn’t report those. If I did I have no doubt they would have been replaced. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait for them. Definitely recommend that a room to Grow is considered for your purchase.

Ordered bed with installation they forgot to add this so had to hire somebody eles to put the bed up then the instructions are difficult to follow.the beds are good quality though

Received our granddaughters midi bed. Easy to build and very sturdy. She was so delighted to come home from school and find her new bed.
