“We bought Firrak brand roof racks for our Polo 2006. It was impossible to find anything suitable anywhere else, Halfords messed us around with their website showing the wrong products available for us but when we went into the store to pick up and they said website was wrong! The Roof box company was very easy to use, ordered online. There was no question whether the product would be suitable or not, the website was very clear. Product arrived in a couple of days. Great service overall, would recommend it to anyone.”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end. I exchanged several emails with Kerry, and nothing was too much trouble - responses were always prompt, courteous and full of invaluable wisdom. I was able to re-use previous bars and buy some adapting kit, feet and a roof box. Everything turned up very quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. We’re now ready for our trip to France, with huge thanks to the team at The Roof Box Company. What a great bunch!”

“Excellent! The whole process of choosing from a dizzying array of options was made so easy, cost was reasonable and cheaper than expected for equal quality (to well known brand) Fitting instructions were pretty clear and easy enough to follow, tailored for my car too. Company were brilliant and kept me informed as part of the order was temporarily out of stock when I ordered. Whole order still arrived in good time and in excellent condition. I’m very pleased with the box and rack. Easy to load and remove when finished. I have already recommended the Roof box company.”
