“The website helped identify the right roof bars and box. The delivery was swift and in perfect condition. Fitting was easy. I also got the Hapro 4-bag set. All very high quality. Made packing for our camping holiday easy and the drive was smooth. All together great value.”

“I ordered a BUZZ RACK Eazzy 2 bike tow bar-attached carrier. It was delivered quickly and was easy to fit on my tow bar. I am really pleased with the rack which is very sturdy but can be folded and carried in the boot of my car. It is very easy to attach and secure bikes to the rack. Also the tow bar with bikes attached could be tilted to allow me access to the boot of my estate car. I should have ordered a similar one years ago.”

“Good website with lots of detail and a good selection of products. The pre sales advice was okay, although didn't really go above and beyond to reach the top levels suggested they strive for. It was absolutely fine though. The after sales was disappointing, with my struggles to work out how to assemble the products pretty much passed off. Based on the promise of the excellent customer service I found it disappointing that they weren't able to provide clear assembly instructions, even though of course the manufacturer ones were their usual impossible matrix of diagrams and nonsense. If the company did some step by step videos that would really help most customers I'm sure”

“Racks and box were not received simultaneously. Box delivery was delayed. Seems to have been a short delivery of the black rubber seal for the racks. Experiencimg a high level of 'whistling' emanating from the assembly, whethe using the product un-laden or fully laden. Box key broke off when used on first occasion. A replacement was sent overnight, at no addtional cost (and with additional spare).”

“Does exactly what it says on the…roofbox? Yep, cheese, but this is anything but that. Well made, easy to put together (excluding any man logic and tantrums) and was fast to arrive to the door. Great purchase”

“Excellent, nice simple qnd clear website. Easy ordering process. Delicate itemsb(bike roof racks x2) delivered on time and no damage. High quality products, I had confident that whatever I chose would fit the bill. Very happy with my purchase and nice to get a small discount for ordering 2x units. I also rang them to check something and got straight through to a UK person who answered my questions, helped me out, no fuss at all. Highly recommend this company.”
