“Very good value and the roofbox supplied was great quality, fast delivery. A shame that the Cruz bars, though servicable, were not so good. 'Fitting kit' NOT included in the inclusive price, meaning I wasted time trying to understand why the final price was more than the inclusive price as advertised. That could be made much clearer. Included locks were omitted from delivery in error, but were subsequently supplied promptly on enquiry.”

“Ordered this product over the telephone as we had some questions regarding the weight and size of our bikes the first person we spoke to was no help at all , basically told us to look online 🤷‍♀️for information, but we persevered and called at a later date the lady was very helpful and we made the order there and then.”

“On the positive side, the Roof Box Company provided good information about vehicle and roofbar fittings and compatibility, the price was good, and ordering online was straightforward. On the negative side, delivery was several days late, tracking was useless, and the box and packaging were damaged. I contacted the Roof Box Company who sorted it out very quickly, I was pleased and impressed.”

“From ordering to delivery every thing was easy. I bought a 3 E-Bike carrier it was delivered on time, it was very easy to build up and is well made, it fits realy easily onto my tow bar and is very sturdy. The bikes fit very easily and are very secure with straps and locks, I have no complaints whatsoever about this product and would definatly recommend this cycle rack.”
