“Top quality rack first ever item I have ordered that came next day. Only problem is that I bought it on line to go on the back of my motorhome and on the box is a picture of a red motorhome with a X across it. Not for motorhomes, does not say that on the Website.”

“Very poor customer service. I purchased a set of roof bars for delivery and, knowing I would be away when they were due to arrive, I specifically requested that they be left with my neighbour. Unfortunately, this instruction appears to have been ignored. When I returned a week later, the roof bars were nowhere to be found. Either they were never delivered or they were left at the property and subsequently taken. When I contacted customer support, rather than taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, I was told that I needed to report it to the police and that it was not their problem. Their response showed a concerning lack of understanding of their responsibilities under consumer law, and I also found their manner extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Based on the customer service I received, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.”
