“A great selection of car roof type stuff for a great price and also really helpful customer service. I'm glad I chose this company as I was a bit confused with all the different options. I needed to be careful as I have a glass roof too. They helped me select an appropriate set. Also I struggled with the instructions due to my total lack of understanding. But they once again helped me out and all is well. I'm very happy with my gear. The lock swapping service was a nice addition too. I would therefore totally recommend this company”

“Fantastic customer service and good prices. I ordered a bike rack which was delivered within a couple of days. Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit and when I let the guys know, they arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day, and collected the original at the same time. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this company!”

“I wasn't sure if a two ebike tow bar hitch Buzz Rack would fit on my motorhome due to to the straightness of the rear panel. So I rang Roof Box and the chap I spoke to was very helpful, between us we worked out what the clearance would be between the handle bar end the rear panel. I'm pleased to say the bikes fitted well.”

“I bought the Atera GENIO PRO Advanced bike carrier very expensive but top of the range, problem was my 2 e-bikes don't fit my wheel base distance is too long, I contacted the company to get advice they offered a choice of other models that were cheaper by £150 but didn't look as good, option was to return the carrier I bought for £550 to receive an other cheaper model but I would not get any refund for the difference in price, so I would lose £150 , this is not a fair deal, so I decided to keep the better quality one and by buying longer straps to tie down the wheels I think I can use the Atera GENIO PRO Advanced bike carrie, I don't like the idea of the box company only giving a refund if we took a cheaper unit and they don't give money refunds. Please beware of this terrible terms and conditions. You must give them all sizes of your bike before purchasing this way if they can tell you what carrier will fit your bike, don't assume because it states that it will fit 100mm big fat wheels it's going to be ok.”
