“From ordering to delivery every thing was easy. I bought a 3 E-Bike carrier it was delivered on time, it was very easy to build up and is well made, it fits realy easily onto my tow bar and is very sturdy. The bikes fit very easily and are very secure with straps and locks, I have no complaints whatsoever about this product and would definatly recommend this cycle rack.”

“I purchased the wrong size snowpack. I was over the return period as I had purchased the item in plenty of notice for our skiing holiday, but had to take a different car. The snowpack was boxed and completely mint but the company were abrupt to say they would not consider exchange or refund. I have bought many things from them and would not again. I am now stuck with brand new product which will not be used.”

“Bought this roofbox close to black Friday. It was dispatched straight away but got lost with the courier, so they dispatched another box within a day and kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Extremely good customer service, I must say. Would recommend.”
