“Couldn’t have been more helpful, and when DX Delivery let them down by losing the fixing kit, they had it redelivered straight away by Royal Mail straight without query. The products themselves work perfectly. (On a side note - I’ve had dealings with DX Delivery before and they are terrible for larger packages)”

“Initial order processing and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the bike rack I ordered had a faulty lighting unit. Having tested this and sent the roof box company a video and a couple of details, a new lighting unit was sent in the post that I received next day and a postage paid label to send the faulty bit back, so excellent customer service as far as I am concerned.”
