“The 90 day exchange scheme is a fantastic idea and used it when I exchanged a medium for a large box and was refunded in full for the returned box. I had a problem with 2 Thule boxes that were delivered damaged and was sent a replacement each time by next day delivery . Damage I suspect was cause by couriers. As compensation I was refunded the £50 exchange cost. Great communication and service throughout”

“I purchased a Kamei roof box & Yakima rails from the roof box company recently. The detail on the website, the ease of use and competitve pricing meant I went ahead with my purchase. The products were easy to install & have been great, performed well consistently over a 6-8week period. Whilst the delivery was very prompt, the only slight negative was the attitude of the delivery driver, after my wife witnessed the driver dropping the package multiple times he was upset that we wanted to check the product over and essentially told us if it's damaged it wasn't his problem. Having contacted The Roof Box Company - They reassured us that they would rectify any damages and apologised for the attitude of the driver, thankfully no damage and I would recommend these products & The Roof Box Company to others.”

“I purchased so called compatible roof bars for my aging Nissan X Trail, from another supplier whhich arrived after a couple of weeks, they did not fit. Lafter after trying many alternatives to no avail, I found The Roof Box Company. I ordered their compatible Roof bars which were delivered in 2 days and it fitted perfectly. Should I need to get roof bars in future I will go straight to The Roof Box Company.”

“Cruz roof bars were fiddly to attach with instructions that were not too clear. A previous purchase of Thule roof bars was a doddle but then you pay for quality. Delivery and packaging service were very good.”
