“We've generally been happy with the new garage door we had fitted. The process for ordering and having our garage door fitted was smooth and the door looks really good. The fitters did a tidy job. We have had to have several visits in the past 18 months to have issues resolved though. In one case, the whole door/curtain had to be replaced because of damage caused when one of the plastic mounts broke off and damaged the door. Rollerdor were a little slow to come back to us with dates for replacement, but it was eventually done.”

“Brilliant garage door - so happy with it. Lovely company to deal with and have recommended them to so many people. Can't fault them and very good value for money too. Found the after-sales to be brilliant as well, particularly after my car rolled into the door and damaged it. It was all sorted and back to new again in a very short time. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“My rollerdoor developed a fault due to an installation error by the fitting team I sent in video and photos of the problem which were assessed by the customer support team. Within 14 days the door was repaired,free of charge The door has been problem free since So an initial problem which was speedily and professionally dealt with. Thank you”

“The roller door looks great and I’m really pleased with it. Particularly as I fitted myself. My only minor criticism is that the instructions are a bit wordy and I’m a bloke. Have you thought of looking at how IKEA present there’s. A picture paints a thousand words and all that.”

“Very happy with initial service, but I believe the door curtain was not long enough when fitted, as the fitters had trouble with it and said it really needed another section added. It is now beginning to become noisy and showing signs of wear”

“Brackets break every three years but replaced under warranty. Batteries in door sensor only last one month and are not cheap. Door makes blinking sound when opening. Daughter has Rollerdor and has no problems with hers.”

“Fitted this about 6th months ago. Good quality product. Instructions fairly clear and fitting is relatively straightforward but needs a bit of preparation to make sure walls are fairly smooth and straight. On the first really windy day after fitting had to use extra screws on the topbox panel nearest the wall to cure noisey vibration, fine since. Went for the basic control box which has operated fine so far but wish i'd bought the upgrade. Would buy from again.”

“Very good service from start to finish. I had to delay the fitting several times but rollerdoor just kept the door at their warehouse until the time was right. Day of install was painless and the guys were in and out in under 2 hours. Would recommend highly.”

“Extremely pleased with the product although the instructions were complicated at times and not really suitable for the extra width of door I had so would need updating, but now I have fitted one, doing another would be very easy. Overall a great product and company to buy from. Highly recommended.”
