We've generally been happy with the new garage door we had fitted. The process for ordering and having our garage door fitted was smooth and the door looks really good. The fitters did a tidy job.
We have had to have several visits in the past 18 months to have issues resolved though. In one case, the whole door/curtain had to be replaced because of damage caused when one of the plastic mounts broke off and damaged the door. Rollerdor were a little slow to come back to us with dates for replacement, but it was eventually done.
