“I've been a fan for years but less so now. I'm currently awaiting delivery of an order placed in February which is unacceptable - there was no indication of a delay before purchase. My local shop (Durham) is much too small and it's difficult to get in, see the crammed together products or feel comfortable trying them on behind the flimsy privacy curtain. Good products such as the classic jeans have been discontinued for poorer replacements and the awful straight leg trouser styles are now ubiquitous -they suit neither myself nor my wife and will push us elsewhere.”

“Got the new catalogue in March and wanted a birthday present for someone in April but could not get the item in before mid-May or longer. Bought it but disappointed it will take so long to deliver.”

“I like the quality and style of your clothing however I find it difficult to get the right fit. I believe that this is because most items are sized as small, medium or large. I am a size twelve and fall between small and medium sizes. I would shop more with you but getting the right fit is a real problem therefore I have to look elsewhere”

“The roamers I find to narrow around the waist and the is no way to adjust. Also the pockets are to shallow and would be better with a zip.the trousers I still have are striders. They where perfect please bring them back”

“My previously high opinion of Rohan is diminishing, for several reasons. First and foremost, the fact that the company drops products without offering acceptable alternatives. An example of this is the Grand Tour chinos, a wonderful product that was available in two attractive colours. This practice is highly annoying for long-time customers, who do not want a constant introduction of new products to satisfy the whims of fashion. We want to continue buying our established favourites - or we'll be forced to go elsewhere. Secondly, colours!! Many of us are country people - we'd like more items available in attractive greens. Why on earth is there an endless fixation on charcoal and dark blues?”

“In the last couple of years, I've been disappointed by your trouser designs. I am short stout and older than any models you show wearing trousers. Your tapered leg designs of recent years are too tight and not nearly as comfortable too wear as the baggier straight leg designs you used to sell. Perhaps you could widen your range of styles?”

“Was unable to get the item I brought posted to a different address to the billing address on the website. This was vary annoying as I then had to pay to post it again as it was a gift. Would put me off buying a gift from you on line”

“It’s not what it used to be, service is excellent but the garments are not as good. I started buying in 1979 and have bought well over a hundred items. Pockets used to be plentiful, zipped and large enough to take a phone. Not now. Fleeces used to be really warm. Trouser legs had some room in them not narrow drainpipes. From the reviews I can see I’m not alone but nothing is done, every reiteration is worse. Really sad, a great brand not what it was. Be wonderful to see some old styles brought back in all their glory!”

“Inconsistency of sizes with regards to men's trousers, especially the dry frontier versus dry requisite. A good fit in the former does not equate to a fit in the latter. Although Rohan refunded the cost of trousers they were coy about refunding the shipping cost, only after I complained was a full refund forthcoming.”
