“Unfortunately your carrier did not deliver the parcel and as I was unable to pick it up it was sent back to you! Clear instructions were available on Dpd website as to how to access our property and where to leave it. I did speak to their driver who was very apologetic and advised that a repeat delivery would be made . However I was instructed later to pick the parcel up. I m hoping you can send them out again. I have no problem with Rohan but their carrier facility needs attention.”

“I am disappointed with recent changes to Rohan products, eg the pockets and styling of Roamers, the narrow sleeves in the microgrid jacket (too tight for an base layer), the change of fabric in the merino zip fleece. It seems as if fashion is more important than hiking needs.”

“Clothes excellent let down by delivery. I was told would arrive in I day by couriers but arrived on Saturday when I was out. Took to local postoffice so I wasted a lot of time as needed 2 trips as needed 2 forms of ID and was not told.”

“These trousers were baggy in the thigh. They are the only unfinished length trousers you do which is disappointing for all those taller men. Quality is good but styling and choice of offering is very limited.”

“Prices too expensive so only buy when a big discount. Need more smaller sized items - your size 8 often too big, needs to be more in keeping with other retailers’ size 8.”

“Love the stretch bags, bought plain bags same size and much more baggy. I have kept them anyway but misleading sizing. Materials for shirts is splendid but ver staid patterns and colours.”

“I'm a return customer but I'm disappointed with my most recent order. I purchased two bags. One of the two bags I received was both the wrong color and dirty on the strap albeit not used as the ties and tags were still on the straps. Perhaps it was laid about on a shop floor before being sent but it's not acceptable to me. That's all!”

“Purchased the bags cap via mail order as I was unable to get to a shop(usual excellent service) .The material of the cap itself is badly puckered where it is sewn onto the peak and had I bought it in one of your shops I would not have accepted it in this condition. From a performance point of view it’s really good.So overall disappointed.”

“I bought a new pair of roamers online, I've worn them for some years. When they arrived I was disappointed to find they have changed the pocket design. What was a deep zipped pocket on the right hand side has been changed to a tiny transverse pocket which is difficult to get at, the zip goes under the edge of the main pocket. What one is supposed to put in it I can't imagine, whatever it is would be awkward to get out. Even the pocket on the thigh seems shallower than usual. The material has the right amount of give and the trousers are otherwise fine.”

“Unfortunately, nearly three weeks after placing an order, I still have no items to review. One is out of stock, awaiting delivery and I returned the other for an exchange but still haven't got it yet after 14 days. I'll buy from Rohan again, because I like their stuff, but exchanging online is proving to be a long drawn out process. Probably quicker to return for a refund and buy again, or go into a shop! Unfortunately I don't have a local store, was using a voucher and didn't want to pay for postage again. So in this case, despatch of the exchange has taken 14 days and only after I emailed Rohan. From despatch, the deliveries were quick, so not the courier's fault.”

“The sizing and cut of women's trousers are all over the place. The Striders fit perfectly but other styles do not fit at all. An old pair of Malay trousers fitted well but not last year's style.”

“Ordered a total of 4 travel safety kits recently and paid extra for postage. Then I got a note saying one kit had been located in a store in Glasgow and would be sent under separate cover to the other three. This gave the impression Rohan were scratching around for stock after accepting the order. I called customer service and they said don’t worry the postage from the Glasgow store will be “waived”. Really ? I already paid postage for the 4 kits - so Rohan were not waiving anything.”

“Refund for shorts quickly processed bit I was disappointed they were nothing like as described or pictured. The orange long shorts were actually above knee length, a very poor cut and thin, static fabric so not what I have come to expect from Rohan at all.”
