I purchased a Valan Barricade jacket from you on 20 Feb to replace a 25 year old Rohan jacket which had served me well after many miles of use in tough conditions. I am delighted with the Valan - excellent design and functionality - pure Rohan!, but..... in good faith I paid the full price for the jacket (£350) and was pleased to do so given the quality on a new line. However, I was really shocked to see your latest offers email of today, offering the Valan at £245 - a whopping 30% discount!! I fully appreciate that you are running a commercial business, but to find this kind of reduction after a month on sale, is pretty astounding. As a loyal customer of Rohan, I feel annoyed to say the least, in that I have paid £105 premium on a new line when you discount the product by a high margin in less than 30 days!

Sadly, we have had a poor experience with our latest order. We'd ordered on 25th February 2 items to be delivered to our home. Checked after 2 weeks to query non arrival. Was told it looks like the Post Oofice have lost the parcel and the goods would be replaced. Asked this time to deliver to the local Trentham store. Rang on the 12 March to query again to be told goods have not left the warehouse yet. As of today, still no parcel! We have always had good service in the past, so must just be an one off.

Product is very good but delivery extremely poor. I knew I would be out so left instructions with DPD, who to really ignored them and left the package on my front door step!

Store didn't have my size so ordered for delivery at home. Two weeks later I followed up and was told I hadn't paid. I proved I had. I was given various pieces of contradictory information over the following weeks when I had to continue to follow-up. It took 27 days from order and paying until delivery with a lot of input from me.

The bag it packs in is way too small, the fastening is silly, i have another back pack which is a rohan one and much better. Tbh i wished i hadnt ordered these as gifts, if it wasnt for the fact one is opened, i would have returned Its impossible to return it to its small case

Love the pants, but Rohan needs to be transparent about import fees. I dont recall the web portal showing it and there is no mention on my receipt.

By the word 'Jumper' I was expecting as garment that would be warm. Wearing a typical Rohan T Shirt I find very little added warmth. I appreciate that this 'Jumper' is light weight, but the close machine knitted construction does not provide any warmth whether is a windless day or not. Merano Wool on this occasion does nothing. I have lots of Rohan clothing and wore exlusively Rohan when I walked the Pennine Way for charity, but this garement would not be worth it's weight in lead let alone gold. Sorry Rohan, on this occsasion you got it wrong.

I was hit with an $80 customs fee. I'm watching my credit card to be sure this wasn't fraud - the DHL order number matched my order number ... the charge was huge, relative to the two-pants order. I have a lot of Rohan clothing, but won't be ordering again, Assuming this is the terrific for U.K. merchandise shipped to the US.

Hi. Nothing went wrong, but I was disappointed that my new Microgrid jacket (Shadow Blue), received today, DID NOT have an inside zip pocket. I bought one last year in Harrogate (Turquoise) which DID have one. This was a great improvement on all my others (Red, Royal Blue, Grey, Green and Orange). Love them all. But why no inside zip pocket this year?

In spring this year I purchased some mens 'Bag' hiking shorts and have been very pleased with them, so when I noted they were in the sale I took advantage of buying 2 more pairs. Having worn one of the new shorts I noticed they didn't fit as well as the original shorts I purchased in store at Marlow. After further investigation it appears you have change the material used for the shorts, now with no elastane in the blend but you have kept the name of the short the same. Frankly this is at the very least deceit if not subterfuge using a vastly inferior quality material and claiming the shorts are the same style. Shame on you Rohan!

Rohan or DPD lost my order. Then they promosed to ship from a shop , instead of leaving it where I told them they took it to a post office and cheekily told me to pick it up there. So I rang and cancelled. Rohan has lost a customer for ever.

I have been a Rohan customer since 1975 , I wear there clothes every day. But I ordered 2 orders this week, phoned customer service on Tuesday after placing 2nd order asking for my orders to be sent by Royal Mail as I live on a Scottish island and they are fastest delivery. I said specifically not to send by DPD as it take far too long to reach me. This morning (Saturday) however I got a message from DPD saying they have received 2 Rohan parcels, I am so angry and disappointed. What has happened to you Rohan? Your staff member said she would personally make sure they would be sent by mail. So after 50 yrs I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered trousers that were going to be delivered to my address, i made sure when I ordered them my address was confirmed as I knew that the Rohan shop in Oxford had closed a few weeks ago, I wasted 2 mornings awaiting delivery from DHL even telling them a safe place for parcel to be left, The delivery went to the closed shop and I had a message to say the delivery had been refused I am very disappointed with the service as in the past has been very good, therefore I cancelled my order
