“Clothes are lovely but considering that they are relatively expensive, why isn't the deliver free? It annoys me and I would buy more if it were.”

“I would like to have given a 5* review however the sizing of these trousers were on the large size. Even the shop assistant commented that she regretted buying this size as they were too baggy. I tried on a pair of roamers in a size smaller to compare and found they were a much better fit. Following her advice I decided not to keep the dry roamers so lost out on the discount and am still searching for a good pair of waterproof trousers that fit!!”

“I purchased a pair of sandals from the web site and asked if I did not like them that I could return them to the shop at Kiswick and get a refund, which would include the postage, and the answer was yes. I return the sandals to the shop and was advised that they did not do refunds they would have to send them back which would take 5 to 6 working days. When I explained what I was told the supervisor rang a number and verified the card details and refunded the price for the sandals but not the postage, which is what was promised. I am disappointed in this and will not be using your shop or web site again.”

“Ordered 2 items in the sale. The item despatched from the warehouse was fine and promptly delivered. The other item came from a shop and arrived separately. It was the wrong item and the wrong size - I suspect some other customer had a similar problem. The prepaid return sticker was very useful but I live 4 miles from my nearest post office so a bit inconvenient. I spoke to Rohan customer service and they organised the delivery of the correct item which arrived 2 days later.”

“Rohan have still not managed to implement quality control on sizes. I have just purchased three long sleeve shirts two fit on the forearm and one is too tight. Additionally i wear 40” waist for escapers but need 42” for maroc trousers. Please Rohan get some control over manufacturing”

“The short sleeve shirt is well designed. However, it’s spoilt by having poppers instead of buttons. I hate them. They’re not only cheap and nasty but trey ‘pop’ open at the most inopportune moment.”

“Not as good quality as the item that it replaced, very light and flimsy, but thats my fault for buying online and expecting it to be like the previous one that I bought a few years ago, I will never buy Rohan online again. I will find a shop.”

“Covid has made buying without actually touching clothing virtually impossible. The item was not quite the right fit, not quite the colour or feel I'd expected therefore I took the opportunity to return. The original delivery was exactly as anticipated and the return process excellent. Well done Rohan, just a shame not his time.”

“I have bought Rohan clothing for more than 20 years. Recently the cost has increased and the quality has declined. Tee Shirts are more bobbly and shorter. Shorts have loose threads and are poorer quality with crappy zips. Polo's are thinner and more prone to snagging. I could go on but I used to regard Rohan as my buy once and forget long term clothing store. No longer, due to less robust manufacture and a considerable slippage in standards. Why not set up a classics range of all the best made and popular ranges - would be a real hit in my community.”

“We have purchased Rohan clothing for at least 20 years and were previously very happy with their styles and ease of care - quick drying when used on our boat. However, recently the colour choices, particularly of men's trousers, have been very disappointing. Also you have removed popular styles, such as Escapers, from your range. The new chinos have much narrower legs and are not as suitable for those of us of shorter stature.”

“Hello, I've worn Roamers for some time now and, in general, have always found them comfortable and suited to my lifestyle. I'm glad that the 'seam' at knee level has gone and I do like the zipped pocket in the right leg which I use for safe storage of my credit cards whilst I'm out and about. I don't need to worry about my handbag being snatched etc. The only criticism I have is the colour of the black zip pull. On a pale coloured pair of trousers it really stands out and advertises the existence of the pocket. I don't need to look for the pull as I can feel it easily. The zip, itself, matches the colour of the trousers so why are the colours mixed? Apologies for a mixed review.”

“New style jeans are well made but yet again these trousers are too wide on the hips and thighs. What a shame! The Venture jeans, now discontinued, were perfect. Please make them again in denim.”

“I have been buying from Rohan since it first started and had a friendship with Joy and her partner. It was wonderful in those days and is now. I have a drawer full of their trousers, starting from the Bags, outdoor gear as well. I am not able to fault them. I ordered this time but had to return the items as they were not what I expected. The system worked perfectly with a quick refund. Once the shops open I shall be there.”

“Microgrid Stowaway Jacket. I have several Stowaway garments, jackets and zip necks, which I think are brilliant, BUT, whilst Rohan have listened and sorted the sleeve length now the ‘Stowaway’ pocket has shrunk to a shadow of its former self and is practically a waste of time. Might be why it’s no longer called Microgrid Stowaway, retrograde step. ☹️☹️☹️”

“Have used Rohan now for many years and product’s have always excelled. But had issues this year with waist sizes, 34” turned out to be 32”, therefore ordered 36” which measured 30”. Appreciate I can easily return but not only does it cost me for original postage but confidence is now not there that they will fit as advertised. Shame as always correct before. If continues may have to try another brand.”
