“I have been a customer of Rohan clothing for many years and generally happy but recently I’m getting more disappointed with there clothing. The sales always wind me up. the percentage of discount grows during that time period, 25% today next week 40% off on the same item. Learnt to wait until the final days of the sales before ordering. The prices are heading skyward when on full retail and no longer worth it imo, plus a lot of the new releases look like cheap market stall polyester carp.”

“I do like Rohan's products, but I don't think they are as good as they used to be. They either seem to have very bright colours or very drab. The shops only seem to have such a limited range that it's not worth going there except to collect parcels.”

“Sizing is way off. I am a size 8/10 in trousers, but I'm afraid the zip-off bags had to go back. The waist was enormous (more like a 12) whilst the legs were more or less OK. Tried a smaller size and the waist was still too big, but now the legs were too tight. Such a shame as otherwise I think the bags would've probably been OK.”

“I'm disappointed with rohan after being a customer since the 1980's having purchased a toilet bag from you they did not deliver on the due date I was informed by your agent it wasn't even in stock and yet you took my money and told lies about a delivery, not on in my book the company is not what it used to be and I will not be recommending it any more.”

“Some more shirts that are a bit less ‘country and western’ would be good.Eg simple small checks like you used to do with pockets”

“I have bought several trousers/jeans but recently the sizes particularly with the black jeans are all different. The Short I bought are 1 or 2 inches too long and getting skinnier and uncomfortable to wear.”

“I think the clothes are well made and a good fit. The service was very efficient and the staff were helpful. The only problem is that there is an awful lot of plastic involved in the packaging which I think was unnecessary and not good for the environment.”

“I highly recommend your products to my students. However, I feel the quality and standards of your products have dropped, especially when it comes to the stitching. I've bought jackets, shirts, shorts, trousers and the stitching around the seams, pockets have come undone. The buttons don't stay on long and sips don't last. I can't upload my photos here”

“Because they did not have my size in store, I bought the bags in the sale online. I wanted them to be picked up so had them delivered to my local shop. In the meanwhile they had dropped in price by another £4. The store were not willing to take the additional price drop off. Newcastle shop.”

“The trousers are a good fit. Unfortunately they must have been a return for you. The packaging was torn, the trousers very creased. Even in the sale paying almost £90, I would expect you to have more respect for your own goods.”

“I have bought Rohan products for many, many years and have generally found their products to be excellent, however I am very disappointed with my last purchase. This recent shirt seems smaller than others I have in the same size, also all the button holes are smaller to the extent that I am concerned that I might tear them of the shirt when I need to undo them or do them up.”

“I thought it would be worth mentioning that your sizing seems entirely out. A 12 generally fits me in trousers but sometimes a bit tight depending on the cut. The 2 size 12s I received from you were way too big - I'd have assumed a 14.”

“Why do you keep altering everything? You used to provide big map pockets at the back of tunic tops - but not anymore. You used to sell nice, simple, very light zip tops - but not anymore. You used to do simple 'little black dresses' for women - but not anymore. By all means add new lines, but why not keep old favourites going so that when what we like wears out we can replace it?”

“Hi nice looking jacket had to retune as the medium size was a little tight, I would of properly order the replacement in the large but did not over like the interior, texture and shiny colour.”
