“Love Rohan as a brand. Have worn their clothing for more than 40 years. Quality is very good. Particularly like their Global T shirts and walking trousers (stretch bags are excellent). Shops are good with great help and advice on offer. Ordering online is quick and easy. I now wear Rohan everyday.”

“I’m not that impressed that you only notify me that there are sale and price reductions the day after a I place an order. What’s more the last order I put in I activated 15% off and I had free postage. When I put in the code for free postage it cancelled my discount. I only spotted this after my confirmation had come through so I lost my £20 approx discount. Not happy”

“My husband and I have been shopping with Rohan for decades. He even has a zip neck top that is still going that predates our relationship of 30 years! The clothes are so well made they usually take forever to wear out and I end up restocking my wardrobe because I've changed size, not because the clothes have come to the end of their life. Service in the shops is friendly and customer service representatives on the phone are helpful, though I've rarely had to use them as Rohan don't usually make mistakes to resolve! They don't use sweatshops to manufacture their clothes. Thanks to their quality, comfortableness and performance, I imagine I will be a lifelong customer.”

“Very disappointed with the women’s knickers. . Nowhere near as light and comfortable or quick drying as the ones I have previously purchased. I should have returned them. Bring back the old design in neutral, white or black.”

“Sadly, we have had a poor experience with our latest order. We'd ordered on 25th February 2 items to be delivered to our home. Checked after 2 weeks to query non arrival. Was told it looks like the Post Oofice have lost the parcel and the goods would be replaced. Asked this time to deliver to the local Trentham store. Rang on the 12 March to query again to be told goods have not left the warehouse yet. As of today, still no parcel! We have always had good service in the past, so must just be an one off.”

“Always excellent quality and design and I have outdoor clothing from Rohan that is easily 20+ years old and I have at least twelve pairs of walking trousers and the same number of jumpers/ outdoor clothing. I must admit to making many of my purchases during Sales which are brilliant. My wife who is very Fashion conscious has many Rohan products. I love to buy British so will continue to support ROHAN .”

“Well stocked store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. High quality gear for the outdoors. I bought some waterproof trousers for some Scottish hill walking and they are perfect. I have a number of pieces of Rohan kit which have proved durable and great value over time.”
