“I would like to say how wonderful the staff in Rohan Milton Keynes are. We have shopped with them for many years and the staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. On this ocassion I have to mention Glynne and Carol. I bought a coat at the end of 2025. Absolutely loved it as it did everything I wanted from a coat. I thought I had lost the coat🤦‍♀️and called the shop. As a winter coat it was not available but was expected in. Glynne and Carole were marvellous keeping in touch. They finally received a delivery, put one aside and called me straight away. I was so grateful. They are a great team and make the shopping experience very enjoyable. Thank you all🙏🙏”

“I sent a pair of your Trousers for a zip replacement on 21.9.26. I await there return. I am going on a walking holiday for 1 month in Turkey on 30.10.26. I therefore need these repaired and returned before then. I am relying on you to comply. You have already had more than sufficiuent time to effect the repair. When may I expect there return ?”

“I am a repeat customer and have bought the same garments several times over the years. I have found the staff in their shops very helpful. The website works well and delivery has been reliable. Products are well designed, perform admirably and are very easy care. Even though prices seem high to me, I feel they offer value for money”

“When I go out in the summer in Scotland or abroad in Spain, the Canaries, Majorca, etc, everything that I am wearing (other than on my feet) is normally by Rohan! Wherever you are, secure ZIPPED pockets are essential for wallets, phones, passports and keys. So, when I choose Rohan clothing I always check the number of internal and external pockets. An ideal jacket or gilet would have two internal ZIPPED pockets and two external ZIPPED pockets, all of adequate depth. Trousers with ZIPPED and open pockets both sides are optimum. I never use trouser rear pockets. My recently purchased Norvik fleece is a good item with two ZIPPED external pockets and works well with a hooded jacket which provides security and a waterproof top layer too!”

“I've puchased a number of Rohan products over the years and all of them have been excellent. However, my recent experience ordering was diffiicult and annoying. It probably didn't help that I hadn't logged in as I'd decided to look at a few options and wasn't necessaríly going to purchase. When I found something I tried to enter my details and it was so clunky that I nearly walked away. It should be a lot easier than that.”

“Rime ladies jacket, black, size small, collected today from Chester shop (tried on in shop, not used yet). Comfortable fit/length, lightweight, good zipped pockets, BUT if I fully zip up jacket it's far too tight around neck, rest of jacket is perfect. I'm a small size. Is this is just a fault with my jacket, that someone may have returned for same reason, or a general design fault. Rohan you need to sort this as the option to zip it right up is needed. Not sure whether to keep it & use a neck warmer when necessary, as I can't possibly wear it fully zipped There's no hood, a detachable 1 would be ideal. Zip issue spoils a really lovely jacket. Comments Rohan please.”
