“Store didn't have my size so ordered for delivery at home. Two weeks later I followed up and was told I hadn't paid. I proved I had. I was given various pieces of contradictory information over the following weeks when I had to continue to follow-up. It took 27 days from order and paying until delivery with a lot of input from me.”

“I have returned my purchase - didn't fit . Disappointed with the colour and general finish. ( Trim at neck / shoulder not flat. ) Arrived over - creased - they didn't fall out when garment hung up. Garments bought previously in store very much better.”

“Prompt delivery of goods, well packed, sizing is accurate and returns are free, no quibble. I have many purchases over the years and the quality is always good, I actually have two walking jackets ( one winter, one summer) that are 25 years old and still look as good as new!”

“I've been a regular shopper at Rohan, but always from my local store as I do find sizes & fit vary product to product. I was very sad to see my local store closed at the end of 2025 (Winchester) when I went in to buy some repeat items. I've just bought some underwear online (repeat purchase so know the size) - but I now can't have it delivered to my local store, so have to pay postage too!! So, unless I am passing a Rohan elsewhere in the country I will not shop at Rohan anymore.”

“Bought 2 merino cool short sleeve and 2 similar short sleeve lining 5 shirts. They are fab particularly as a base layer. Warm, comfortable and easy to wash and Dry very quickly Highly recommend”
