“Not a very good fit, one leg has been sewn differently (. Not a straight seam ). Disappointed with the colour. Will be returning item”

“Hello, I've worn Roamers for some time now and, in general, have always found them comfortable and suited to my lifestyle. I'm glad that the 'seam' at knee level has gone and I do like the zipped pocket in the right leg which I use for safe storage of my credit cards whilst I'm out and about. I don't need to worry about my handbag being snatched etc. The only criticism I have is the colour of the black zip pull. On a pale coloured pair of trousers it really stands out and advertises the existence of the pocket. I don't need to look for the pull as I can feel it easily. The zip, itself, matches the colour of the trousers so why are the colours mixed? Apologies for a mixed review.”

“New style jeans are well made but yet again these trousers are too wide on the hips and thighs. What a shame! The Venture jeans, now discontinued, were perfect. Please make them again in denim.”

“Still good, practical clothing but not a patch on what it used to be. The only reason for this purchase was the zip failing on the previous fleece to - as it J had on the one before.”

“I have been buying from Rohan since it first started and had a friendship with Joy and her partner. It was wonderful in those days and is now. I have a drawer full of their trousers, starting from the Bags, outdoor gear as well. I am not able to fault them. I ordered this time but had to return the items as they were not what I expected. The system worked perfectly with a quick refund. Once the shops open I shall be there.”

“Microgrid Stowaway Jacket. I have several Stowaway garments, jackets and zip necks, which I think are brilliant, BUT, whilst Rohan have listened and sorted the sleeve length now the ‘Stowaway’ pocket has shrunk to a shadow of its former self and is practically a waste of time. Might be why it’s no longer called Microgrid Stowaway, retrograde step. ☹️☹️☹️”

“Have used Rohan now for many years and product’s have always excelled. But had issues this year with waist sizes, 34” turned out to be 32”, therefore ordered 36” which measured 30”. Appreciate I can easily return but not only does it cost me for original postage but confidence is now not there that they will fit as advertised. Shame as always correct before. If continues may have to try another brand.”

“Unfortunately the style of the jacket was not to my liking. I also found it rather short. I returned it for a refund. Whilst I am aware that Rohan have received the item, I have not yet received my refund.”

“Rohan clothes are good quality but like M&S look old fashioned I am 62 but don’t want to look old before my time. I think you should do a trendy range and trendier colours with longer fitting all positive feedback I hope 👍”

“Generally excellent, on this occasion the trousers were NOT the usual size thus I sought an exchange, unfortunately you had run out of the correct size thus price refunded, but I DO NOT HAVE THE TROUSERS I REQUIRED !!”

“Hopeless arrangement of pockets on trousers. Nowhere to put phone. Also am between 10 and 12 so trousers a poor fit. Styles and colours generally quite boring and not enough hoodies. And care labels indecipherable after one wash”

“I have shopped with Rohan for over 30 years, you would have expected them to have cracked correct sizing but they are just as unreliable/inconsistent now as they were 30 years ago. Originally they were good high quality products which lasted for years. Now they seem to be very fashion conscious, have an enormous range of very similar things that don't often last anywhere near as long. I have been seeing many other reviews that complain about sizing - especially the length of sleeves. It is a shame as they are a company that I want to support. On the plus side the mail order service works very well, including returns. Shop staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful .”
