“I recently ordered 2 items which I received but had to be returned to you. You have confirmed receipt of items and I requested larger size. I was promised this but to date I have heard nothing. Customer No. 80342. Order No B4310477. Disappointed in view of the quality of Rohan clothing.”

“I received a message from Rohan and from DPD this morning telling me that my order was to be delivered between 1413 and 1513. It has not arrived. I have now had a message from DPD saying that they have taken my order back to the depot as they could not find my house. I order a lot of stuff from Rohan and there hasn't been this problem in the past. I do not understand why I didn't get a message from DPD asking how to find the house. I am very disappointed.”

“Always purchased Rohan XXL Clothes and also bought ladies trousers for my wife. Unfortunately I have to take them back for refunds as your clothes do not fit anymore. The sizes are nothing like I have always had I am really disappointed as obviously you have cut down your sizes.”

“Service was good but the item design had changed from previous purchase. Raglan sleeves make it an unappealing fit. You had a good thing going and managed to spoil it. I won't buy another.”

“Cool Silver Briefs Mens - Poor labelling. The garment is ok, but the labels are extremely poor and certainly not at all durable. If you want to know the washing instructions, write them in your diary because even with careful hand-washing they will disappear very quickly. It is a continuing fault. Even the more recently purchased garments (Aug 20) suffer with the same problem. In my opinion, poor quality control.”

“A comfortable long sleeve merino polo shirt, BUT the sleeve cuffs are loose and baggy. This may suit some users but for me it unsightly, uncomfortable and get even baggier when Damp or wet. A great idea and design concept poorly delivered.”

“This is a mixed review and I intend writing to the designers of your products. I am a large 12 - none of your products fits the standard “guidelines” it’s all way way too big to who. Do you aim your size charts? I ended up with a size 10 pair of Fjell walking trousers - perfect fit and a size “small” Icepack jacket. The body fit is good the sleeves are meant for someone of skeletal proportions. I cannot say how let down I feel. Your designers/size chart people need a serious rethink.”

“Usually Rohan size 12 fits me well - I’m wearing a size 12 pair of jeans at the moment - but I have had two orders recently where the fit has been too tight or too big ? Normally they are great .. what’s going on with your sizes Rohan?”

“Spent over £200 with Rohan and they don't offer free shipping! I don't think I've ever come across a company not to offer free shipping when you spend over £100! Their short length trousers are very long, I measured myself and the measurements said I was a size 10 but you could get nearly two of me in the waiste, their sizes are way too generous and much too long. I bought waterproof trousers, they did keep me dry in heavy rain.”

“Unfortunately you seem to have changed your specifications or manufactures. My wife purchased 2 pairs of jeans, one fitted and the other was some 1” smaller and would not fit. I purchased a pair of bags and again they are noticeably smaller than my existing ones. Not only is the waist almost an 1” smaller but around the thighs are cut very tight. I have not put wait on as my existing bags and trousers all fit me perfectly. We shall be going into your Canterbury shop next week and will discuss this with them. One very disappointed Customer on many years.”

“Goodness what a difference. We’ve always gone to the Gifford Park store in Milton Keynes but had to go to Stoney this time. Gone are the friendly, knowledgeable staff to be replaced by 2 assistants who didn’t stop their loud conversation the whole time we were there. We couldn’t work out what range was where and in the end just left disappointed. No interaction with the assistants at all. The shop seems very dark and disorganised. I don’t think we will return.”

“Products generally are very good. However customer service is not too good. I ordered online a couple of items. I wanted to return something. I couldn’t go to the shop and asked my husband to return it. In the shop they told him unless I signed they couldn’t give a refund. They would send the item back to Rohan who would issue a refund. A complete waste of our time. I had to go into the shop myself I didn’t want to wait .....why should I. No wonder the high street is deteriorating. They have forgotten customer service values.”

“Womens all-time socks, size 6-8, Fabric excellent: warm, smooth, washes well, no toe seam. BUT stretch tpp MUCH too tight! I take a size 7 shoe. My ankle measures 20.5 circumference, which looks normal to slim for foot size, but the elasticated top digs in and reduces circulation. Sadly I shall have to cut down thro the top, have a ragged sock -- and wait hopefully to hear that you may have solved this problem before I buy any more socks from you.”

“Hi Rohan, not a bad experience but add some colour to your shirt line , far too drab, I have a red check short sleeve shirt from you that I wear alot. have mentioned this to your customer service . Same for the trousers, add some colour. Long Time Rohan customer since 1979, bought my 1st pair of bags in Long Preston”

“I am actually a big fan of Rohan, with the microgrid zip fleece being my favourite item ( I have five in different colours). Sadly this year's range seem to be designed for people with very long arms and I shan't be buying my sixth fleece until the arm length reverts to normal. The microgrid full zip fleece is just the same. The nice man in my local store said that there had been lots of complaints.”
