“Sadly found that the Winter Fusion trousers were a much tighter fit than my normal 38 reg, Tried on 40 reg but found them too restrictive compared to the normal Fusions. Why, oh why, don't you bring back the traditional Fusion trousers? I know of other people who would love to have them back as well as myself.”

“I purchased a £90 hat (which was reduced to £72 and when it arrived it looked as though it had been sat on,. It wasn't in a bag only the bag it was posted in,. I have complained as it was a Christmas present, and was offered £20 allowance. I really not happy with the service.”

“I am a very big fan of Rohan and always look to them first for clothing. They are well-made from high-tech materials and are first-rate for upper-body garments (shirts, jackets etc). Sadly, they are terrible for trousers, at least for me. I am 6ft 2" which means that not only am I taller than average but also, and this is the bit Rohan does not understand, longer in every other dimension too. They make trousers which are supposedly 'long fitting' but they are not. They know about the need for the inside leg to be longer, but don't understand the need for the rise to be two to three inches longer too. Just to compound the problem, there is no consistency between their lines. I have one pair of Rohan trousers (Trailblazers) that fit perfectly, but only one. Every other type I have tried has been way too short in the rise making them unwearable.”

“My experience with the purchase attempt was very bad. I didn't get what I wanted. I had to communicate by phone twice, they informed me of situations that later did not happen, charged me the product price twice (which were reversed). And finally, I couldn't buy the jacket I wanted, because didn't have size L at the store! A real pity, because their products are excellent.”

“Just ordered 2 fleeces but returned both. Thought the design of both rather uninspired and the sleeves over long ( something I've noticed before with your fleece etc) .The materials were good though. I don't think I will bother with online shopping with Rohan as I find it a disappointing experience - safer I think to visit one of your shops.”

“I have received the two jackets I ordered which were delivered promptly and are as advertised. However these items of clothing are manufactured in China. So much for your ethical trading policy. For ethical trading you mean “ minimal manufacturing costs and maximum profit margins” You are also shipping goods half way around the world when Northern Ireland is a short distance away. What about the environment? You mention that you have manufacturing facilities in Portugal and Northern Ireland, so I assume that China is cheaper and the mention of European facilities is to distract customers. Many other companies source goods from Asia but at least most of them don’t brag about their ethical trading policy.”

“Ladies clothing seems to have become very masculine- especially the Shoreline Polo-and drab. Recent purchases have been returned as sizing is small and features like zips on side pockets have disappeared! Colours leave a lot to be desired too! Maybe it's an age thing and I will have to now(unfortunately) look elsewhere as I cannot see myself wearing sunshine orange and rosewood pink!!”

“The staff in shop are lovely, as is the shop. Online purchasing was simple and efficient. The material, cut and stitching on the jacket are excellent. Why then 2 stars? I bought the Rohan Kendal Jacket/Coat. It has the worst zip of any article of clothing I have ever seen. I will break. I have only worn it twice and am already worried it will break. It takes about 4 attempts to get it to zip. Perhaps 2 stars is unfair but I would have 2nd thoughts of buying again.”

“These bags are made from a very stiff to material and uncomfortable to wear! They are not a patch on my previous pairs which were comfortable to wear and have lasted for years.”
