“The service from the Stapleford branch was fantastic from start to finish. The valuation from Nathan was accurate and what I expected whilst the photos and write up went a good way towards getting a lot of early interest and I ultimately sold a day after going on the market. From there we had a long wait due to the chain we were in but Rebekah in the office was brilliant. Always available to talk to and very quick in responding to any queries you have which is very reassuring. Thank you once again for everything you have done. Highly recommended.”

“I used Robert Ellis in Stapleford to sell my property. From the valuation to the Completion of the sale the service was perfect. “Overall I’ve had a great experience with Robert Ellis. I’ve used them (to rent) for one year. Dealt with Clair Jones from the Long Eaton Branch. I rarely caused much problems but Clair was on hand 100% of the time. It’s rare you see this kind of service from people these days. Absolute credit to the company she works for, always smiling and happy to help. Thank you guys!! Make sure you give Clair a nice bonus Liam Cox”

“Generally we had a great experience with Robert Ellis! We have now bought and sold through them. Buying was brilliant! Selling was also good but frustrating at times as we found out information too late or after we had already recieved it from solicitors or other estate agents. The team are helpful whenever you have a request and get back to you the same day! Thankyou to the team for all of their help. 😊”

“I cannot recommend caroline Dunn from long Eaton branch enough. She was so helpful in all aspects of the move and went above and beyond to help me with all sorts of things that she really didn’t need to do ! She was always in touch keeping me informed of the process and that really did help ease the stress. She was a pleasure to deal with and I really can not recommend caroline enough. “Wendy and her team at Stapleford could not do enough for us. Brilliant. We were so impressed we switched over another property we had that was being managed by another agent to Robert Ellis Stapleford. Tenants were vetted thoroughly and we were kept informed at all times. Wendy even forwarded our mail and checked the vacant property in her own time. Cannot recommend them enough, wouldn't use anyone else! Fabulous..”
