“Joe was punctual and polite. Helpful from the start and made the viewing more comfortable. Explained all things that needed to be explained and gave appropriate information. Greeting us with introduction and a firm handshake made the experience great.”

“So me and my friend decided to rent a place Robert Ellis was very quick with the process gave necessary information and when we didn't get the 1st property Daniel was helpful by giving us a another available property around the same location guided us through the process. Happy with the find and happy with the overall experience.”

“I haven't completed with Robert Ellis but so far, the handling with Nicole has been smashing. She fulfils what she promises, always returning calls and following up on any questions that we have. The office follow up any appointments with a confirmation text. All in all, a very professional and thorough service from Nicole and her team.”

“We have recently just moved into a rented property with Robert Ellis through the help of Jane Reid. Jane responds to queries quickly and thoroughly in a professional but friendly manner. Despite us having some teething problems with the property Jane has managed to solve and sort all these issues for us in a timely fashion. I also appreciate that she has answered all of my slightly daft questions and explained everything thoroughly for me! Many thanks for all your help Jane - credit where credit is due!”

“I viewed and filled in a application for a property and I was exchanging emails with a lady called Abbie Murphy. She was great help, gave me fast and straight to the point responses and I felt really comfortable asking her anything I was unsure of as she was very kind and helpful. I unfortunately had to withdraw my application due to personal reasons and she was very reassuring that it was fine and if I wanted to look for any properties again to email her. This made me feel confident to use Robert Ellis again and also email Abbie back when I do want ro start searching again.”

“All the staff in the Beeston branch were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Marie who looked after my purchase very well. In the main, my queries were answered on the timings that we had agreed for them to be answered. I’ve not been a massive fan of estate agents but would certainly consider using Robert Ellis if I ever moved in the future!”

“Robert Ellis provided a clear process for my house sale, the team provided regular updates and advice and handled the majority of viewings. They always made sure that I was kept informed and Holly in particular was calm and reassuring during what could have been a stressful experience. My sale completed within 9 weeks and I'm very happy with the service I received.”

“I’ve had a really positive experience with Robert Ellis Stapleford as a tennant. After being made to feel like a second class citizen by other letting agents, Wendy and the team at Robert Ellis Stapleford were like a breath of fresh air. I needed to find somewhere to rent, after having been a home owner for many years, because of personal circumstances. Life was stressful and being looked down on as letting agents scrutinise your salary and smugly inform you that 30 people are interested in a ( rubbish) property and that the landlord will take his pick based on your pay cheque is not what I needed. Robert Ellis were not like this at all. They were really great to deal with and have been courteous and friendly when doing house inspections since we moved in. Touch wood we’ve not had major issues with the property but I feel that I could call Robert Ellis and they would be concerned and look into any issues right away. Unlike other agents I don’t feel like they are all about the landlord- I feel they have invested in me as a tennant.”

“When I received the phone call that all the documents had been signed and exchanged after a very long time (no fault of the estate agents). Overall a very stressful period but at all times found Debbie Marlow and her team very professional and helpful and would definitely recommend Robert Ellis.”
