“Robert Ellis recently took over the are management of properties for me and after initial teething problems have been really professional and helpful. Abbie Murphy has been incredibly efficient with sorting any repairs, resolving utility company handovers and responding to queries in a very timely manner. The senior staff are also always on hand to return calls and deal with issues. I feel confident that the flats are now in capable and responsible hands. I would certainly recommend them.”

“The staff team at Robert Ellis were professional, understanding and helpful throughout, in the time it took to sell our late mother's house. Initially there was little response to the sale but after a realistic re-evaluation there was steady progress. The main two or three front-line staff, with whom we had the most contact, were warm and friendly in their dealings with us and their help was greatly appreciated. The eventual outcome was a satisfactory conclusion of business, enabling us to pass on our family home to new owners.”

“Would like to say thank you to Beth at the Staplelford branch who helped my move go smoothly. She kept me informed re surveys and what needed to happen next. She always rang when she had promised to do so , even if she didn't have an update it would just be an acknowledgment of her promise to call. Highly recommend the team and a special thank you to a very friendly , helpful Beth.”

“Overall, my experience when dealing with repairs hasn't been great. Had an ongoing issue since moving in which hasn't been dealt with - however, I contacted Robert Ellis via their social media and Neil was quick and dealt with emergency repairs so efficiently, I cannot thank him enough! He's been great at checking up on us to make sure the issue is resolved and has been incredible. Thank you so much Neil!”

“In a word,excellent. ive had the bad experience before with mostly ALL agents,and they live up to the reputation some deserve. but,not this time. Im not sure the staff are real agents ? They are far to helpfull,so i think they are imposters. Very professional,so if you want to be taken care off,and get a result,go to robert ellis.”

“We have used Robert Ellis to manage rented properties in the Beeston area for over ten years. I am very pleased with the level of service that they have provided. The staff are friendly helpful and well informed. They have a good knowledge of the local area and a wide network of contacts to help with things like repairs, replacements and checks that need to be done when renting property. We have been very happy with the level of service over the years and I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone considering renting residential properties.”

“Phil and Tom discussed market values and we agreed on a slightly higher figure , and accepted an offer of the original suggested figure .3 viewings on the day that the property advertised in Beeston shop and of those 2 made firm offers. Once accepted all ran smoothly and completed within a few weeks to everyones satisfaction.”
