“Dawn was extremely helpful when purchasing my property. She kept me well informed throughout the process and did her upmost to ensure the sale went through as efficiently as possible. Found them an extremely good estate agent to use. If I decide to sell, I will use Robert Ellis to market my property.”

“If I could give lower I would. They refuse to help you look for houses which in my opinion is their whole job. They wont let you make an offer on a property if you haven't viewed it which is very difficult as I am relocating from another country and cant view properties at the drop of a hat. I have offered to send a friend of skype call but they dont want to help. unfortunately, they seem to have a lot of properties on their books, this may be bacuse they make no effort to help people find homes”

“Dawn Stokes is Amazing! She had been very helpful to me throughout the entire house purchasing experience. She was very prompt in replying to my emails and queries, updating me regularly with progress of work by the solicitors involved, even including my solicitors. And for a first time buyer like myself, she had at each stage explained to me what that entailed. She had chased up time and again with vendor and both solicitors to push the process quicker. She would always get back to me straight away with information on how far she was able to push things. What an amazing job she had done! One could not ask for more! Thanks very much Dawn! I did not find anything to complain or worry about in dealing with Dawn and Robert Ellis. Also thanks to both persons I met at the property during my first time viewing and prior to signing the contract and completion. They had all been very nice persons and helpful. Robert Ellis are fantastic estate agents, highly recommended!”

“Recently sold our house with Robert Ellis, Long Eaton. Service from valuation to completion was 5* Holly in particular kept us up to date with the process during a delay in exchange (no fault of Robert Ellis) She chased all the way to the bottom of the chain to keep things moving.
