“If I could give lower I would. They refuse to help you look for houses which in my opinion is their whole job. They wont let you make an offer on a property if you haven't viewed it which is very difficult as I am relocating from another country and cant view properties at the drop of a hat. I have offered to send a friend of skype call but they dont want to help. unfortunately, they seem to have a lot of properties on their books, this may be bacuse they make no effort to help people find homes”

“Dawn Stokes is Amazing! She had been very helpful to me throughout the entire house purchasing experience. She was very prompt in replying to my emails and queries, updating me regularly with progress of work by the solicitors involved, even including my solicitors. And for a first time buyer like myself, she had at each stage explained to me what that entailed. She had chased up time and again with vendor and both solicitors to push the process quicker. She would always get back to me straight away with information on how far she was able to push things. What an amazing job she had done! One could not ask for more! Thanks very much Dawn! I did not find anything to complain or worry about in dealing with Dawn and Robert Ellis. Also thanks to both persons I met at the property during my first time viewing and prior to signing the contract and completion. They had all been very nice persons and helpful. Robert Ellis are fantastic estate agents, highly recommended!”

“Recently sold our house with Robert Ellis, Long Eaton. Service from valuation to completion was 5* Holly in particular kept us up to date with the process during a delay in exchange (no fault of Robert Ellis) She chased all the way to the bottom of the chain to keep things moving. Thank you Holly”

“I really enjoyed my viewing with Joe from Robert Ellis on Saturday. He was friendly and professional and I have put my application in to rent the property I viewed. He sent over the application as promised the next day and he answered my questions over the phone even though he wasn't at work that day! Very pleased with the friendly service from Robert Ellis :)”

“I can’t thank the team at Robert Ellis, Long Eaton enough for the work they did selling my house. I don’t live in the UK so I needed someone I could trust to get the job done and Robert Ellis were the perfect choice. Emma Cavers was excellent. She came to value the property with her camera and my house was on social media within a day and a half of her visit. Emma is friendly and professional and was always happy to answer my questions. The whole team at Robert Ellis, Long Eaton are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and supportive. However, I was very lucky to have Courtney Ellerslie as my main point of contact. Courtney is incredibly proactive, chasing things on my behalf and coming back to me straight away. Courtney is so on the ball, she was passing on information before the parties that should have let me know did so. If I was running a business I would want Courtney on my team. Thank you all for everything, you were amazing.”
