“From the outset , Nathan was a very professional and helpful representative. He took us through the whole process in a friendly manner and was always available with answers to our queries. “We purchased a property through the Long Eaton branch. Our long and drawn out purchase proved to be a very fustrating time for all concerned (no fault of the estate agents) but we were helped through it all by Holly Torrs and Dawn Stokes. All along they were extremely helpful, courteous and very professional and we have no doubt that we would not have completed the move had it not been for the very hard and persistent work carried out by Holly especially. Many thanks to you both again, you were fantastic”

“I was shown around a couple of houses by Joe. The viewings were excellently conducted. He was up front about everything, and provided me with all the information I needed- which included answering all of my questions in detail. The viewings weren't rushed, nor did I feel pressured into making any decisions straight away.”

“The calm and truly professional approach I felt from the Long Eaton Sales team was fantastic. The Office Manager Dawn Stokes was consistent and efficient in all correspondences and updates. Whilst my sale really was not straight forward Dawn continued to move the sale in the right direction for all involved despite some very upsetting external interventions. The difficulties we experienced by the neighbors was also unusual but again was handled with excellence by Dawn. Thank you.”
