“Erin couldn't have been more helpful in looking for a good deal for us. This is our first time cruising and she guided (not pressured!!) us to a cruise which would suit us. If the cruise is as good as Erin - we're going to have a great holiday.”

“The salesperson was Simon. He was very helpful in sorting out a different flight route which meant we could leave home at 07.00 instead of 02.30. Without his ability to find the alternative flight we would not have booked. He was very detailed as to our programme including the transfers. We a little concerned that our deposit was paid into an unrecognised account however our concern was resolved by Avalon who confirmed the booking inour names.”

“The concierge who helped me arrange a great trip was named Dominic. He was friendly but very professional throughout. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable and did exactly what he told me he would do. So looking forward to the cruise.”
