“Susan was so positive when I spoke to her. I was half hearted about a river trip but she made me feel it was a good idea and that she would help get an interesting cabin: which she did. No question seemed too difficult - such as flights at sociable times, airports.”

“A wonderful holiday. The service was excellent with all the little extras that make a perfect holiday. Well thought out, the guides were very knowledgeable and the receivers used made it so easy to hear even if you lagged behind a little. Good food, good accommodation, good service, what more could you want. Well done.”

“that must be a joke, i am certainly not happy with the service. two days after booking a river cruise, receiving an email from the manging director with offers several hundred pounds cheaper than we paid just two days before, and when approached they refused a refund to cancel the cruise, very poor.service.”

As a customer focused company feedback whether good or bad is extremely important to us, as it is only on the receipt of information such as this we can assess and improve the services that we offer. I am sorry that you are not happy with the service you have received and I apologise if after booking, a cheaper deal became available. We deal with fluid pricing in that any of our suppliers can change their offers at any time. I can however understand your frustration with the situation. “Erin couldn't have been more helpful in looking for a good deal for us. This is our first time cruising and she guided (not pressured!!) us to a cruise which would suit us. If the cruise is as good as Erin - we're going to have a great holiday.”
