“I called to ask about river cruising and my call was answered by Rebecca. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cruise and the company. I had quite a few questions concerning mobilty and health issues and Rebecca took the time to call the company to confirm the answers. I was so pleased with the service that I booked straight away. Thank you Rebecca, I hope we can speak again.”

“A recording of our dealings with Helen Conway could easily be used as a training program. She handled the whole booking in a professional manner.
