“I called to ask about river cruising and my call was answered by Rebecca. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cruise and the company. I had quite a few questions concerning mobilty and health issues and Rebecca took the time to call the company to confirm the answers. I was so pleased with the service that I booked straight away. Thank you Rebecca, I hope we can speak again.”

“A recording of our dealings with Helen Conway could easily be used as a training program. She handled the whole booking in a professional manner. She took just the right amount of time discussing each aspect with us. Helen was also true to her word, getting back to us with any further information we needed asap”

“I went looking for a 'special' holiday in 2022/2023 after having had a couple of holidays (booked before Covid) cancelled in 2020/21. A 'special' river cruise in India caught my eye. I shopped around and Lisa at River Voyages proved an excellent contact - quick response to both telephone calls and email queries, knowledgeable, and offering a price that no other company matched. Once I paid the deposit, I got rapid confirmation and paperwork. If the post-booking service from River Voyages is as good, I will be very happy.”

“Once again Emma Gray from river voyages was outstanding. We booked with Emma 3 years ago and Did the Danube Waltz cruise with Viking it was our Ruby wedding and everyone was perfect. We booked again for the following year but had it cancelled due to covid. Again we contacted Emma to book for July 2020 with Avalon river cruises and Once again we can't fault her kindness and knowledge she is a credit to river voyages. Would l recommend River Voyages you bet l would. Best Regards John Aitken Scotland”
