“We had an excellent time on our cruise to Amsterdam and tthe Dutch tulip fields in April.They had a shortage of staff on our trip so the tour guide apologised and told us there will be a refund of£200 or 40% of our next trip as long as we take it this year. None of these promises have materialised.My reason for 4 not 5 stars. booking ref WOR 89752 Booked by my daughter”

“We tried contacting them to ask questions about their cruise offerings. Most of the times, the answering service would cut off without being able to speak to somebody. The two times we got through they both said they would have to get back to us and then no one ever called back. Their prices are excellent but their customer service is dreadful Avoid wasting you time, look elsewhere.”
