“Shirley at River Voyages was extremely helpful with organizing our booking for our Rhine River cruise. Being Australian, she had to check that we were eligible to book through a UK company, which she did promptly and completed all arrangements by phone while we were on the road in Iceland! Highly recommended.”

“I have only just booked my cruise, so far have found it very good. Shirley McCue from Specialist Travel who did the booking was superb, interested, and able to answer all questions. She really made the whole experience a delight.”

“Thank you. I filled in a full survey on board and thought our holiday was superb. However, we were three ladies travelling together, two of whom needed assistance. We were disappointed to say the least that we were not recommended to take a taxi to Lyon Airport at the end of our trip, rather than being taken by coach, and then myself left struggling to push three heavy suitcases in thirty degrees and a long walk to the check in desk. I thought I was going to pass out whilst doing this but I am approaching 83! In view of everything else which was perfect, it was sad that we will have this last memory to mar our experience. I urgently suggest you bear this in mind for future departures from Lyon Airport.”

“Good value for money. It doesn't have the luxury of Uniworld or Scenic but river cruises are not as expensive. It is a good idea to add a possibility of a drink package from 2014 cruises. Great service from Emma Gray and Stacey Williams. I would like to have them as my named Specialist Cruise Concierges.”

“Disappointed that having booked an appointment 2 weeks ahead and provided all the information on our requirements, we didn’t get a call and had to wait over 1.5 hours to speak. At which point it was clear no preparation had been done. When spending upwards of £20k when added to a combined ocean cruise this isn’t great service.”

“I have used River Voyages to book river cruises for several years. Emma Gray is always helpful in arranging not only the cruise but the flights from Dublin. She inns back when she says she will and I would highly recommend her.”
